The service I have received from Choice Insurance Brokers has been absolutely terrible. Let me explain: Last year December we had an accident in our car. Sha was very good and acted quickly. Very long story short, we have had absolutely no communication or assistance from Choice through this entire process. I dealt with Hollard directly. Hollard was very good and they assisted us and we have finally got the claim paid. This has taken 2 months. Why we went to a Broker in the first instance is to have peace of mind if anything like this happens and that we would be looked after and the Broker would fight for us. No such thing with Choice Insurance Brokers. I certainly will not be using them again.
Once again, problems with Discovery Bank. This morning 25th November I tries to use my card to purchase for an item. My card and my entire bank account has been blocked due to an outstanding proof of address. I have called Discovery Bank about 5 times today and I have sent my outstanding proof of address via my app. I have been told to wait 2 days for this to be rectified. Discovery Bank how do I purchase food or pay for petrol. They always say they will come back to you but f course, no one ever does. I am so, so tired and seriously thinking maybe Discovery Bank is not the best bank to bank with! There is absolutely zero communication.
Good day, I have a complaint about the service I am receiving from Discovery Bank. Last week Thursday (14th November) an item was bought at Leroy Merlin for an amount of R2 299. The following day this item was returned to Leroy Merlin Friday the 15th November. Leroy Merlin gave me a refund and put the funds back into my bank account. This amount went on a 7 day hold. I called Discovery Bank on Monday the 18th November to see if I can get this hold taken off. I was informed I should get a letter from Leroy Merlin confirming they give permission for this hold to be remove. I went to great trouble to do this. I got this letter and emailed it to Discovery Bank numerous times. I have called your call centre many times as this money is still on hold. I have been promised that someone will get back to me but no one has yet. It is now Wednesday the 20th November and this money is still on hold. Please can someone contact me as a matter of urgency on 067 168 7696 or via email.
We have pet insurance with Outsurance and recently had a claim. Outsurance went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you for an incredible service.
We were taking our puppy for walks at the dog park at huddle and it was free. Now all of a sudden it's R50 to take your dog for a walk. This is outrageous if not *******. Gordon you are chasing away your clientele. There are other very good parks to take your dog for walks which is free. I'm actually horrified.
Johannesburg water is terrible. We live in silvamonte jhb. Our water went off Friday morning in the whole area. Came back late Friday night but little pressure. Went off again yesterday afternoon. Still no water. Now the excuse is they are waiting for material to fix a pipe at rynjie****ter. It seems they do not know what they are doing.
I am furious with Vumatel. Yesterday Friday 17th May Vumatel came to my home to advise they were here to disconnect us. I certainly did not authorize a disconnection. Our SP is Afrhost. I got an order number yesterday as instructed by Vumatel. I was promised Vumatel was going to fix it yesterday. Today still no line. I have called Afrihost a dozen times to be told the ticket is still open. I am beyond angry at Vumatel. Very poor service.
