Very bad customer service . You are very good in ****ming people, if one is ******** they'll keep on buying electricity while they don't load the units on that OAMI sh*t app. You do endless follow up without getting any assistance. I am so tired.
I feel sorry for the people who are still taking funeral insurance with Standard Bank. All they care about is abnormal premium increase and making sure they debit while they don't pay outstanding claims. They don't even deserve 1 🌟 . Very bad customer service and selfish people who don't care about grieving people. More than 10 years of paying for the policy and then you get this kind of treatment.
My first experience of claiming after i was involved in an accident and i had the best experience. The insurance delivered as promised, everything they promised was done. I wouldn't change my insurance even in the next life. H how can i forget the consultant who was able to calm me down when i was panicking after the accident. Thank you budget insurance for reducing my stress😍😍😍
On 02 August 2024 I recieved an incomplete order from Debonairs Northmead. I called same time and they didn't pick up the phone, then I immediately sent an email complaining . Then on 06 August 2024 a gentleman who introduced himself as a manager at Debonairs Northmead called me apologizing, he said he will send someone to deliver what I did not recieved with my order the same day. I waited till to date. I sent an email doing a follow up and still no response. They are ******.
Stop ****ming people. There's no way a person can buy electricity at 05:00 am during the week and still no units loaded after 25-48 hours. And this is a repetition it occurs regularly, when you call and ask why theres no proper explanation. proofv9f payment sent by you but units are not loaded. Stop being selfish by milking people I am tired of this everytime I buy electricity I must sleep in the dark while the units were bought very eary in the morning and that time i still had enough units to push me further. IT IS CLEAR that if someone is ******** to check if the electricity was loaded you always get away with your ****ming. STOP BEING SELFISH😡😡😡
We manage to relocate the company and payout was made fast , thank-you for that. But I'm concerned because they are governed by different name of the company they did not update the customers. Their contacts aren't known by the customers.
My dad took a funeral policy with SDL and now we want to claim since he passed on , their numbers don't exist, no address for us to go to the offices.
Very poor customer services and scamming people. I’ve been on 4G for a year and was offered by them a 5G it was delivered on 28 April 2021 but was never used it since because it wasn’t working. I reported immediately and sent several follow ups but They never bothered to update you if there’s any progress on the problem. The only time they respond is when you initiate a call or email and you fighting with them. They gave me a sim swap on 15 May 2021 but still it wasn’t working showing the same problem as previous sim card, I was only assisting when I asked them to cancel me completely and refund me, that’s when they sent a technician on the 29 May 2021 after the whole month struggling and being the one who ask them what’s the latest update on my query. Technician discovered the problem was with the router not simcard and replaced it immediately he didn’t even take 30 minutes to fix the problem that made me struggle the whole month. Mind you I paid for May month and never used their services and was told the amount will fall into June services , but guess what? They debited me again today. I am so disappointed I am happy with your 5G but currently I’m considering to cancel completely, I’ve ever experienced such frustration from any network. You call to enquire and the consultant don’t want to listen to you instead she tells you that you owe them. How do you owe if you’ve paid and never used the services? Please refund me my money ASAP.
