Absolutely disgusting service, ben out for delivery for2 weeks now. Then i get a message saying the phone number is wrong. WHAT???? Just deliver to the address and be done with it, what difference does it make with a phone number, by the way the phone number is correct. USELESS USELESS USELESS. The address is a business address so it cannot be missed, its simple. GOOD GRIEF. If I had a choice these would be last people i would use to get my parcel delivered. The worst thing about this horrible company is that it is impossible to contact them.
What a waste of time. Constantly asking for more money. I have likes I cannot see and I have a paid subscription.
So I have a One Plan Pet Insurance policy that covers 2 dogs. I have had this policy for 14 months. my payments are up todate and yet today I received numerous calls from them on 5 different numbers. I did not answer any calls because I have been in a meeting but I attempted to call them all back only to find all 5 numbers belong to One Plan. I then sent a message via there WhatsApp help system and spoke to a Nompumelelo, who said she cannot help me, when i mentioned Hellopeter, she apologised and said they take this concern of mine very seriously blah blah blah blah. It is absolute nonsense that they spam call me all day on numerous numbers when my policy is up to date, and by the way, I am spending R1250 per month on pet insurance so to date I have spent +- R17 500 with One Plan, I have had 2 or 3 small claims but One Plan are making good money out of me and then they spam call me, No Man.
So, I decided to try and register with Teljoy to rent and maybe own a product. All went well, they even have me an istalment limit per month of R1000 All good until I actually chose a product, that when I was declined. I assume because if my fair Credit rating. My question is, why give a monthly instalment limit if you only going to decline me afterwards. You also have no idea if I can afford the instalment or not. You are going on a credit record that shows no instalment missed on anything in the passed 3 years. Yes my score is average but not bad.
**** DATING SITE. Not one female on there is a real person. These people take your hard earned money knowing full well what is going on. I proved it time and time again.
So i got vehicle from Planet42 in May 2024, a 2003 Toyota Corolla. It hasnt done to badly but due to its age its no having cosmetic issues, the black strips on the side of car are peeling off. Its using oil and the shocks are not so good. I phone in this morning and asked if I could swap my vehicle as I was told I could do at anytime after 6 months when i took the car. Now I have been told that due to them going in business rescue there is nothing they can so I am stuck with this vehicle. I was told that any cosmetics is my problem so I will superglue those strips back on, I just dont care. The oil problem I have been told to take the vehicle in but seeing as they are business rescue how are they going to honour the repair. Basically everything in my contract is now null and void becuase these guys ran the business into the ground. Silly me for using them in the first place i suppose
This is just how evil Planet42 is and ********* these people are. My friend died in March 2025, he had a car from Planet 42 and had been paying it for 4years. When he bought the car it was worth R65000. His instalment was R4100 so until he died he had paid an amount of +-R190 000. He was the bread winner. His wife now uses the car to generate an income and Planet 42 have given her a settlement figure of just over R30 000 to pay or lose the car. They have already made close to 3 times the value of the car yet they cannot write off the balance. Can someone tell me how that is ethical and can someone tell me how on earth this company has any empathy at all - Simply Put, horrible.
Absolutely atrocious service from the Afrihost WhatsApp representative, Thabang M, who blatantly **** to me throughout our conversation. I explained the situation and throughout he said not to worry he is in control of the situation. I ordered the R599 package, Fixed LTE that comes with a free router. That however is not turning out to be the case, i have been billed for the router and they are now threatening me with stopping my services if this is not paid for. I went into Afrihost on Friday, and early, so they can sort it out, It still has not been sorted out and come Monday 10am they said my services will be turned off if not paid for. I dealt with another person when i collected the router, Chris Van Zyl, who also said to me this will not be a problem and will be sorted out, in fact he also **** to me about a couple of things. Come Monday when or if they turn my services off, this router and sim card will be returned to them and I will make a huge stink about in their offices and will not leave until sorted. I will make sure to let other customers know just how poorly I have been treated.
Aweful, so i bought a car 9 months ago and used cartrack for my tracking. Yes it was a 3 year contract but I am a pensioner earning R1900 per month and now no longer have my car. I explained this to them and cancelled my debit order. Now they have taken the monthly installment another way, not sure how, but they do not have my authorisation to do this. They simply do not car, they feel absolutely nothing and so will feel nothing when i get the bank to stop Cartrack from getting another cent out of me. Cartrack, take me to court, lets see how much you get when all i have to live on is R1900 per month. All I can say, you are terrible people.
Definitely a con. Nothing real about the woman on this site. I challenge anyone to find a real person on this dating platform, or even a normal looking person for that matter. All the photos are of models or the like. What *******
