I bought a dress from them via Zando, but I was disappointed at the fact that in the pictures it had a belt and the one I receive it didn’t have. The dress was also longer than what expected as it said is a mini above the knee type of dress. Lastly it is torn. I contacted the Africa Fashion House, they said they will send the driver to come collect but nothing has happened yet. It’s been a week already and ofcos I ordered this dress cause I need to wear it somewhere.

I have been with regent for almost 10 years now, and i’ve been due for cash back. The company is uncontactable , i’ve sent emails tried calling them with no luck. If they do this now it means they’ll do the same thing even when i want to claim. This is disgusting 🤢
Worst ever, I moved out of the flat early Dec. made sure that is cleaned and all that but still on top of that didn’t get all my deposit. and now almost six months later i receive an invoice of R800 and something explained as for cleaning. What the Hell? I made sure that the flat was cleaned before leaving, mind you when i moved in i was so dirty i had to do all the cleaning myself. This is Nonsense, unacceptable, day light robbery!!
I am a very unhappy Client, I always have this INT on debit balance charged on my cheque account every month. I pay my R105 monthly account fee, that I now off and then there's value added service fees. This month I paid about R500 of this INT on debit balance, that I am not sure what it means.
