It is ridiculous that we watch the same shows over and over again. No new content on channel 170 and 171. We are watching content from at least 2 years back. To pay so much a month and receive this *******. Seriously contemplating cancelling my subscription.
My RCS card had fraudulent transactions on which were rectified after 2 and a half months. This lead to my Queenspark card being blocked as well. Cannot get assistance to reinstate this card as the phone keeps getting put down on me. I paid R1700 in a debit order which I did not authorise on RCS due to the fraud and I am still wiaitng 2 months later for the reimbur*****t. They are pathetic.
Food was totally unacceptable. Fish was dry. Men’s lamb medallions wouldn’t feed a child. Price was ridiculous. Never to eat there again.
We spent R12K with them just over a week ago and returned as we wanted shoes and a golf bag. The size of the shoe was not in stock and the sales person took down our particulars. Never to hear from him. We left the bag as no one was available to assist with our other needs. I believe Golfers Club and The Pro Shop have the same owners. Service is shocking, maybe that is due to them having the majority of the market.
