this is the email i wrote to them today they making false marketing
zanele zulu <zzanele9@gmail.com> 12:36 PM (1 minute ago) to customercare.ng Good day my name is Zanele Lungile Ntuli ID no 8210250683080 my number 0840635252 last year November i received a call from the lady saying she calling from MTN offered me a cellphone contract she said she gone give Sumsang Ao5 and she asked if i have an MTN number i said no and she ask i knew anyone using MTN because there is a promotion of data so i gave her my sisters number which is 0735295226 and she continued with sale she took my address she read all the terms and conditions she said i must wait for my cellphone to be delivered till today i did not receive that cellphone but my sister received the datas and now MTN send me the statement that i must pay for the contract that i did not received and they block my sisters number i am very angry now if i want to cancel this thing i was told to pay R800 which i don't have i lost my job last year 1st December kindly please cancel this contract for me before i take further steps if you have the recordings as you guys telling us that the call are recorded please cancel this contract with the immediate effect because i did not receive anything from you guys

On the 14th of December 2023 I bought a meal online for R181 and my order was cancelled I received a message stating that they will reverse my money back till today I haven't received any money from them I want my money back or my meal that I paid for that is kfc Malvern in Durban my order number was 111626

KFC on the 14th of December 2023 I bought a meal online for R181. 90 and my order was cancelled I don't know why and they sent me a message stating that they will reverse my money in 7to 14 working days and I call the customer care number asking for my money till today I haven't receive my money so I want my money there is proof of their email below

Capitec freeze my bank account and i dont know why

Zest holidays
27 November to 30 November 2020 We booked a venue through Zest Holidays we were about 20 Pp in deferent chalet only to find out the other chalet was under construction and we made sure that we bring our own glasses so that we won't break anything ever thing was in order when we check out if I ask Penny for our Deposit she tald us that we won't get anything because we make notice in the swimming pool and not even one person came and compalan about noise till now we did not get our R1500 for deposit and we want that money

sim swap issue
hi i have a problem my husband was out of the country for the past 5 months and he lost his phone so he could'nt make a swim swap while he was there so he came back yesterday trying to do sim swap and they told him he cant do sim swap after this so many months but he is still using this same number on whatsapp the big problem is we bought some shares on MNT zakhele futhi and register this number now they said they cant help us without this number its seems like we are stuck because we are supposed to get our dividends this month so please assist us on this case his number 0679156418
