Flatly being ignored when trying to make progress payment application.
Told when we were moving in that they have a intercom system that works perfectly but that’s incorrect. If you have guests that intercom doesn’t work and you have to physically go to the gate to open for your guest. For the amount of rent they should consider alternative gate security system.
This is a scammer. He collects money and does not deliver what he promises. Stay away guys

I went to Vodacom Middelburg mall 2 weeks ago to apply for a contract and Natalie Christians assisted me. I asked her how long a business application would take and she said a day so I should come back the next day. I went the next day and she said it is in process she will call me. A week went by and she was still quite, I called her and she said she will call me back, I went to the store and they said she is not in. I called the store and she said she will have feedback in 5 days (into the next week). I asked why is taking so long and she said she will call me back. I went to the store and spoke to a different lady to check status on application and I gave her my details and she couldn't find anything. I told her who I gave my documents to (Natalie Christians) and she asked her what happened to my application and documents, she said she threw them away. So much of my time was wasted I am so disgusted with her
<p>I had a complaint at a store in witbank and the manager portrayed disgusting behavior and one of the store consultants stepped in and was a great help. He acted the role the manager failed to portray and I would like to thank Vusimuzi immensely and I wish cell c can give you recognition for what you did. </p> <p>My matter escalated to Mr Moses Mofokeng who sits at the Joburg head office and he helped me within a few minutes, literally! <p>I went to cell c in Witbank highveld Mall and the store manager had absolutely no clue what my problem was. My line has been blocked and cell c has debited R1538 from my bank account and my obligation to them is an amount of R299 pm for a router. I asked why is my line still blocked when they have taken so much money from my account and he had his own fantasy explanation which made zero sense. He said it's because I have a router with them n I went over the amount of data a month and I must've been downloading movies. I said but it's a capped data contract, how did u guys allow it to go over, he didn't know. He got angry and started raising his voice and said the money got allocated to my prepaid line with them. that doesn't even make sense and we had another gentleman come help us and he explained the problem which was on their side and he will workhard to rectify the problem and he apologized on behalf of his "manager". This Sizwe manager honestly cannot liase politely with customers and he didn't even know the crux of the problem but he walked away to "go get some fresh air" </p>
