Not recommended.
I've emailed the supplier twice and contacted them via whatsapp with no response since 23rd September. My 360 headlamp was a total bust as the battery life from the first use was very short lived and has altogether stopped working. In my initial email to the company, I simply stated my unhappiness, but due to the lack of any type of recognition - I will voice my experience publicly to prevent others from having the same experience.

New iPad pro M2 vs 1st Gen iPencil
I purchased the new Apple iPad Pro M2 last week, after a lot of research. Today, 9 days after the fact I discover in the iStore that it is not compatible with the 1stGen iPencil. I have two of those. When I purchased the iPad, this was a business decision and I budgeted carefully, taking GREAT financial risk. I traded in my old iPad towards the new one too. They deducted a R500 from that refund / credit as I did not have my charging block / cable. They did not mention ANYWHERE that those were required. I have not been able to work since. I tried purchasing the adapter needed to pair the 1stGen pencils from various cheaper suppliers and thought them to be problematic, due to my internet research. Today, in the iStore I bought an expensive adapter thinking this would resolve my problem. After the trainee and technician then tried to figure out why it would not work, the technician said its possible that it would only work with a 2ndGen pencil. I was refunded for the adapter I just purchased and 10% was deducted from the amount returned to me. I cannot afford the newest 2ndGen pencil (especially not after spending so much time on running after solutions with false information and I have not been able to commit to illustration commissions). Apple, this sucks hugely. My bread and butter, my livelihood is compromised because of information that is not readily available and CLEAR on the internet, as well as ill informed sales people. I'm such a huge fan of your products and have never had problems, but it seems that only the RICH can truly enjoy these. I literally cried in your store today. Thanks for that.

LOOKOUT for the LOUKOUT DECK!
The Lookout Deck team and Jeanine has recently made my mom's birthday super special with the most delicious pizzas I've ever had!! I went there again recently for a sneaky lunch and beer - and WOW - what a lekker vibe, GREAT FOOD and amazingly friendly service. First off, I'm not a Platinum Life client and I will never be. I have NEVER given them my contact details nor the permission to SPAM CALL me up to x6 DAILY! This is ridiculous and I think it verges on harassment. TACKY, ANNOYING, HORRIBLE.

SAPS is TOPS
A few weeks ago I went to the Police station in Plettenberg Bay to have my police clearance done. The station was beautifully clean and neat, there was a long line that was helped by 4 very active police personnel and they were really friendly! I was truly amazed by there assistance and friendliness between each other - it was one of the best "customer experiences" I've ever had! I wish I could remember their names The lady who at the end took my payment advised me clearly that it will take long and prepared me for the waiting period. To my surprise, many weeks before I thought I would get it back, they phoned to say that my clearance had returned and is ready for collection. Plett Police Service - you guys are all amazing and I just want to say that if that is the level of service that you always give, the country deserves more of YOU. I feel safe knowing my mom and brothers live in that town. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Fantastic First National
FNB has been a really great bank to work with - I have been with them for the past few moths without setting foot inside a branch. Yesterday, I went to the Tygervalley branch and besides a little waiting period - I was helped with kindness and efficiency. Thanks FNB

Low Cost, Low Competence
Last year October I went to Egypt on a dream holiday. I went into two Capitec Branches, N1 City and Cape Gate, to inform them of my travels. Having always only received the very best of service from them, I expected no hiccups. Arriving at Cairo International, I wanted to draw cash for my cab ride to the hotel - Insufficient Funds. Long story short - I was stuck in a foreign country and spent R2000 trying to phone my bank who just put me on hold or had me speak to automated pre-recorded services. I tried to have my brother and a good friend phone on my behalf, but they wouldn't allow them as I had to speak with them (R2000 in airtime, remember). I mailed, I phoned, I wrote them on Facebook... I was terrified I closed my account with them as I had my dream holiday destroyed by incompetence

Yesterday I walked into Pentravel Tygervalley and the friendly faces were all keen to help! Carli Kok was an absolute ray of sunshine and made my booking time there seem like a good chat with a friend. Thank you Carli for being so spontaneous, helpful, efficient and friendly!

Queens of Quality
FANTASTIC! Where to start!! I have soooo much praise for this wonderful Purple Palace and the gorgeous girls and guys who can be found there!!! YOU HAVEN'T LIVED UNTIL YOU'VE BEEN TO GATE 69!!! I took my mom, it was my second show, and she's still raving. If you have a wicked sense of humor, great flair for the fabulous and enough muscles in your body to sustain a laugh for two days - this is your place! The food was also SCRUMPTIOUS. Thank you Cathy and the Trolley Dollies for a trip to the Dr's Office I will never forget!! To Brendan, Cathy, Rudi, Molly, Chris, Holly and Luanna - thank you so very very much for accommodating my very special request. You have absolutely exceeded my wildest expectations and have made my mom's visit so very special!
