The driver assaulted me for asking him not to be on the phone while driving us plus he was driving recklessly speeding The driver came yesterday and threatened to put a bullet in my head and he also came back driving with his friends pointing at us Today he came again with his friends and pointing at us again. My life is now in danger
Very bad service received from Handy Garments. We requested a qoute and paid it but to our surprise they delivered wrong sizes to our clients
Hi. The food we bought for takeaway wasn't what we expected because the sauce was too much which soaked the buns wet and not enjoyable...
We are trying to get our insurance to pay for our stolen phone but because MTN can't give us the itc number to block or blacklist the phone the insurance cant assist... Apparently MTN cant pick up the number that was on that phone because apparently it was wasn't been used from November but we have prove that the number was used because we have sms's etc from that number, so it's funny that Mtn cant pick that up. We even received our monthly contract airtime but yet they still can't pick that up.... MTN what should we do because we struggling to get the insurance to pay!!!
The service we received from one2one is so disappointing. Apparently they couldn't see if my sim was in my stolen phone, according to them my new phone that I used my old sim card and that they sent airtime to isn't traceable...My phone's IMEI number doesn't have any data meaning that the phone was never used, how so when I was using the contract sim and the phone that was grabbed and stolen from me? The insurance wants the itc number but because of one2one the cant be blocked and they blame MTN for that while they were the ones administrating the contract
God day It's quite sad on the service my mother, nephew and I received from Mr Price Mooirivier Mall. My mother went to buy my nephew clothes, it was Sunday we got to the store around 2:30pm because we were looking for sizes my nephew got to the fitting room at 15:00 unfortunately he was told that the fitting room was closed because the guy that works there was cleaning and besides the fitting room closes at 3pm... I begged and even offered to help to make the floor dry so that my nephew could fit the clothes but he still denied, we were forced to buy those clothes without fitting them. When we got home some of the things didn't fit him so I had sent out a complaint to their head office customer service and they replied saying that the store manager will contact us until this day they still haven't bothered calling or sending an email. 2 days with nothing from the store manager We opted to rather return the ones that didn't fit him and demanded refund, we even asked for the store manager and till this day to no avail...
Im a regular customer at Mugg and bean but the chef in Mugg and bean Potch Mooi Rivermall's food is appalling?simple things like pouched eggs, chicken livers etc I think they need training because other mugg and bean restaurant keep their standards high but Potch Please intervene as this is not the first incident and I always give them benefit of a doubt but I get disappointed every time...
Mugg and bean Potch eftroom mooiriver mall has bad service it need a total revamp especially the kitchen stuff .....the cheff cant cook seven things as simple as pouched eggs.....its a complete disappointment...
