MTN home wifi is the most Pathetic connectivity I have ever experienced. No stability of connection, towers constantly down. How are people supposed to work. There isn't turn around time's for calls logged. Taking our money and offering Worthless services . Absolute Trash

I am a paying premium subscriber but only allowed to view compact channels since Wednesday (16/01), called dstv they could not pick up my decoder on their systems, was told it is an IT issue and would be resolved within the hour, today is Friday (18/01) nothing has been done about it, nobody has even contacted me the pathetic part is as soon as you call the dstv helpline the first thing you told is the call costs R2.85 per minute, which is unacceptable as Dstv made the mess, took 15 minutes to tell me that they weren't able to help at that moment considering we watch repeats and pay R800 for absolute nonsense In December at the contact centre, dealt with a miserable unhappy person at the Randburg branch, it seems she did not record my information correctly on the system, i do not recall her name but dealing with such an unhappy person is a bad reflection. i want this resolved today and i want to be credited for the days i did get to watch my premium channels i pay for! call reference ********** 9I50 Dineo was the person i spoke to

<p>Through my insurance i was allocated a hired car, went to collect at Southgate Tempest Car hire, when collecting the car, checks were only done on the outside (around) of the car by Sipho at Tempest Car Hire Southgate, at the time he agreed that the car had many scratches and chips on the windscreen , when returning the vehicle another person had done the checks and was all of a sudden accussing me of having an accident and damaging the underneath of the car, i requested that Sipho who did the initial check come through and check aswell and his whole story changed, checks of the underneath was not done when collected, he did not even have the document of the checks done but i had my copy(he tried to make a copy of my document ), he could not even find the history of the actual car on hand to veirfy if the damages was probably done by the previous person who loaned the car. i believe that proper checks should be done on cars as that is not being done at Tempest Car Hire Southgate and records are not kept in order for quick reference as while i was there another person was having the same issue, innocent people are being accussed and held liable for pathectic quality of work from staff at Tempest Car Hire Southgate. I take better care of hired cars knowing that they dont belong to me and im sure that is the case with many others , i made sure that the car was washed and cleaned and the tank was filled so that the checks could of been done at ease, i am disgusted and would not recommend Tempest Car Hire Southgate to any individual</p>
