I WAS A CUSTERMOR AT IMC REACTION FOR ALMOST 8 YEARS. DURING THIS TIME IMC REACTION DEBITED MY ACCOUNT WITH DIFFERENT AMOUNTS. WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT IT, THEY SAID IT IS "CALLOUT FEES" I NEVER HAD ONE CSINGLE CALL OUT IN 8 YEARS. THEN THEY SAID THEY HAVE SEND OUT A LETTER TO SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DEBIT R385 FOR "COMMUNICATION FEES". INSTEAD THE DEBITED R1157 FROM MY ACCOUNT. I COMPLAIN ABOUT IT AND DEMANDED THAT THEY PAY BACK MY MONEY R772. THEY REFUSED TO PAY BACK MY MON EY
They phone people under false pretenses. They promise you a cellphone contract and the setup a debit against your bank account, It is for anything else accept a cellphone contract. After that they send you an sms saying the deal is not approved, but they don't cancel the debit order. Its a devious way to get their insurance sold.
A CLIENT OF MINE HAD BEEND LIQUIDATED. Kaapvaal Trust is the liquidator. Several emails had been sent to them. I visited their website and also sent message there for payment, but no response. Kaap-Vaal Trust DOES do not respond gert@kaapvaal.co.za. antons@kaapvaal.co.za

A few weeks ago i had a complaint against Bronberg. Claudi Snyman responded with the promises to give attention to the problem. Yet is was just empty words and promises once again to make Bronberg look like they care in the eyes of the public. They failed to fix the problem. They did not even bother to call me about the issue.. Shame on Bronberg!
My customer code is DDR001 I AM VERY UNHAPPY AND DISSATISFIED WITH BRONBERG I UPGRADED MY INTERNET SPEED WITH YOU A FEW MONTHS AGO THEN I ASKED TO BE SWITCHED BACK TO MY OLD PACKAGE. YOU PHONE ME AND SAID YOU WILL DO SO. YOU THEN EVEN SENT ME AN INVOICE FOR R699 ON 23 JUNE 2021. I CANCELLED THE EXISTING DEBIT ORDER AND PAID BY EFT AND HAS SENT THEM THE PROOF OF PAYMENT. THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU SENT ME A GRAZY EMAIL SAYING I OWE BRONBERG ALMOST R5000. THIS IS ABSURD! TO SAY THE LEAST THEN THEY CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT. THEY DONT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS, THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE.
CMS deliver a good service. However, their accountant is incapable in doing her job. There was a dispute of payment records and she failed to correct the mistake. I was sorry to have suspend their services just because of this, Annemarie Otto needs to leave CMS. She is bad news for that company.
MY PSIRA NUMBER FOR MY COMPANY IS 250079, Administrator : Monei Mmereki My security company was suspended in September 2017 because the annual fee was paid one day/month late. PSIRA gave the company a fine in June 2014in the amount of R41500 and we are paying off the fine monthly in the amount of R2000 per month. The annual fee was paid in full. The fee for uplifting the suspension was paid in full. PSIRA said they would uplift the suspension if I pay the amount of R3110. I paid the amount, but they did not uplift the suspension. It was just a scam to get money. The company has made almost double the amount in payments for the original fines. They told me that suspension will be uplifted when the fine is paid in full as they indicated by email. PSIRA however keeps raising the outstanding amount. Where the amount was once just over 40k , it is now over 71k. My email account had been flooded with reminders / plea’s to uplift suspension. Then I went to see a lawyer. The lawyer basically told me that PSIRA is above the law and they can do what they want. My plea’s to uplift suspension falls on death ears. PSIRA even offered to “buy” my company because of the suspension. I feel victimized by PSIRA. Every month I must submit an employer’s report about who I employed during the month and who left the company. PSIRA then respond with a statement in which they indicate that the records had been updated. PSIRA is well aware that the company is still operating in order to be able to pay back the fine. They even did inspections from time to time. PSIRA considers themselves to be above the law. After my complain, PSIRA sent me a form to complete for the upliftment Then they did an inspection at my office Then once again they demanded payment despite the fact that the fine was already paid. PLEASE SOMEBODY SORT THIS OUT NOW ONCE AND FOR ALL!
