On the 7th of June my head chef and one of our drivers went to Checkers Modimolle to buy our weekly supplies - which we have done since they opened in Modimolle Mall. We spend between R10 k and R20k a week at Checkers Modimolle, depending on our number of guests. When they went to the till after selecting the products, the manager stopped them and refused that they pay at the till. She claims that they empty the shelves, and the packers have to re pack the shelves. (I thought that is why you have packers). She said we should email our order weekly. She was extremely rude, and this was in front of the other customers. Joyce & Sandra was involved. She told my chef in a very rude manner that she does not need our business. I come from retail, and I believe in treating your customers fairly and with respect. It is after all the customers that contribute to the staff salaries and Sales targets and incentives. Pick 'n Pay Modimolle is more than happy to assist us.
Years ago, I had a debit order with AfriForum. I cancelled it because I had no income for 2 years. Suddenly last year they started deducting again, without authority or approval! I keep cancelling the debit order but month after month they deduct! I keep reversing but next month they deduct again! So my question is: Who is the person loading *******, unauthorized debit orders. On who's instruction is this person doing this? Are they *****ing from some people to fight for others? Are they *****ing from the people they claim to fight for? Are you not now just as bad as the people you are fighting? How do you justify this ******* act?
I don't receive any response via WhatsApp, email or telephone. Is there anybody actually working at this company or is it a ghost company! This is pathetic! Why is Capitec using this company if there is absolutely no service! Unacceptable!
SBSA ACCOUNT 030228212B04 2 Years ago, I notified MBD in writing that my Debt has prescribed. For 2 years I heard nothing from them. They bought the debt from Standard Bank. Now I am receiving calls once again and they are threatening to take legal action. As they are aware, the debt was originally incurred over 10 years ago. Despite previous claims of prescription, they have failed to adhere to the Prescription Act, to cease collections and write off the debt. This is absolutely unacceptable. I want written notice that this debt has finally been written off and the threats will stop.
It is not the first time that our International Guests luggage gets lost with British Airways! You can phone the number 011 390 8500 / 011 921 6074 and there is just no one at the other end to answer the phones! It is an absolute disgrace! Where is the service! You can send email to lostpropertyjnb@colossalaviation.co.za and no answer! Employ people that will actually do their jobs!
Nimble keeps phoning our Company Office number 5 to 6 times a day. I keep telling them that the person that they are looking for is not at this number. They promised to remove the number from their system, but it has been months, and they are not complying. This is becoming harassment. They just don't listen when you speak. The lady would say: Listen let me tell you ..... What is there to tell me when it is clear that they refuse to comply and remove the number from their system.

Used Netflorist at previous company - great service and variety of products. Now at new company, prefer to also use Netflorist. Trustworthy and dependable with competitive pricing and same day or next day delivery.
