Worst shopping experience!!! Ordered a figurine, obviously fragile item but it was thrown into a bag with no box and it arrived in 3 pieces!! Tried to get a refund and for Click Now to collect their item but no luck! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING YOUR MONEY!
Dis-Chem Herm**** online/ app shopping worst experience. Prescription not delivered but went off my medical aid with no further communication. Still waiting for my meds. Not recommended.
Following my previous review MiX Telematics Africa phoned me to cancel my contract; BUT once again your debit order went off my account today. I INSIST ON A REFUND AS THIS IS NOW STEALING FROM A CONSUMER IVE STRUGGLED SINCE JULY TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT BUT YOU JUST KEEP ON COLLECTING DEBIT ORDERS????
MixTelematics' customer service is poor; They are very quick to collect monthly debit orders but once you want to cancel your contract (already expired in this case) they still keep on deducting a monthly subscription. They dont respond to emails or call you back; last phone call took 30 minutes with no one answering - I was just transferred from one operator to the next. Will NEVER do business with them again and certainly not recommended to any prospective Client!
Do not trust Network Finance as a recruiter of choice! They will make a placement to earn their commission and not consider their candidates’ best interest in making certain career moves. They’ve placed me at a company that soon went into business rescue and didn’t pay my salary as agreed. When Network Finance was approached to assist in finding another job opportunity they simply refused saying that they have a 12 month contract with their client and they will not help me in finding something else. Network Finance even called me to place more candidates at this specific company! Recruiters who assisted with this process: Lorene Gordon; Yvona Cloete and Thelma Kruger.
Data got lost within 1 day after it was supposed to get loaded for the new month as per contract. Issue was reported and it was promised to be resolved in 24-48 hours. 4 Days later still waiting....... I have to continuously contact and follow-up with no luck at all....! Only response - you'll just have to wait! For how long..? A week; a month?! No customer service!
Call Centre inefficient and under deliver on what is promised; Never call you back and keeps you holding for 30 minutes without any response/ feedback; Something that should take 24 hours is taking 3 weeks and counting; Very poor service delivery; not recommended to deal with RCS.
<p>Stuttaford Van Lines was contracted to move furniture from Cape Town to Gauteng;</p> <p>On arrival several items were broken and when off loading furniture into the house, they even ended up breaking personal items not part of the move;</p> <p>They then offered to fix it after they've collected it; on delivering the items to complete strangers not even remotely close to my address (luckily the people contacted me to collect) I've discovered that they've super glued the items together - and they consider it fixed!</p> <p>They are demanding their payment without even compensating me for my damages which they've caused and not even apologising for delivering my goods to the wrong address!!</p> <p>Terrible service and very rude customer dealings!! Not recommended!!</p>
