No support on weekends and long wait during the week
I have a fibre connection with Webafrica. We had no internet connection over the weekend. There is no support on Sunday 18-11-18. The next morning I spent all my call time trying to connect with them but was put on hold (they tell lame jokes while you wait). I eventually got through with the billing option. I was so irate that I cancelled my subscription. However the gentleman on the line managed to help me. The router had gone to default settings and would not connect. I am now looking for another IPS

Waiting 5 months for delivery
<p>I purchased a Polaroid PLD 1001 Clip-On Polarized DL5/Y2 – 58 clip-on sunglasses 30th March 2017.</p> <p>Smartbuyglasses charged my credit card without sending me any order acknowledgement.</p> <p>A few weeks later I queried my order with the company. They had no record of my tranaction.</p> <p> </p> <p>Only after I sent them a copy of my credit card statement did they looked into it and traced my order. I find this to be a breach of my privacy.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now 01-08-17 and the last feedback from them was that the item I purchased was on back order.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is very disapointing to be treated like this.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to make consumers aware of the risk in dealing with Smartbuyglasses online.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Andre Masson</p>
