I have just had the worst experience of being sworn at and refused access to my luggage. My ticket has been bought, and I have paid to store my luggage with them. He was hurling tribalist insults because he is Zulu and I am a Xhosa woman. He charged at me and was stopped by a couple of men, I do not know if he was going to strike at me but he did scream in my face saying "voetsek". I absolutely need this to be handled because it has left me traumatized and triggered as someone who has been abused so much before. Please Help!
I have been sent from pillar to post after my mother's death. It has now been almost 6 months and my case handler, Mark, even made as if I'm not talking to him yesterday although I could hear his voice. Is this the service I should expect from Momentum? I am very disappointed and I think I will rather go through the Ombudsman from here on.
I've been trying to link my card to paypal without any luck. It's been two weeks now, I've done my fnb online account. And I've tried to link my Capitec to paypal, and it keeps giving me an error message that my PayPal is not verified. There are funds in my Capitec account available for the $1.95 transaction. So I don't understand why I cannot link my card. My billing address is correct, my email address was confirmed. I've been trying to do this for a while now. Please can you get me a solution that works.

I am doing some articles for a professor who is in the United States. She then pays me for each completed article, so I found out I have to call the foreign exchange department to release the funds after each transfer. After asking them if there isn't an easier option, i was sent a standing instruction form and i filled it in and sent it back. There was no response and i keep having to call and hold for maximum 30mins for that department. It's truly frustrating and the Facebook chat people are the worst, all they do is mock you. I'm sitting here with money in my bank that I cannot access, will someone from the foreign exchange department please call me.

My mothers late estate is held at the Umtata High court. I was a minor when she passed away and im now trying to look into her estate. Im a student but I've been sent back and forth from WC to EC for nothing. I've tried communicating with the office via phone calls (which never go through) and emails. I have been to Old Mutual countless times with no help at all. My mother had policies here but she passed away 1998, I recently found out about these policies and I'm trying to claim. It seems as if no one knows their duties. If it were possible I would take further steps. Old Mutual get someone to contact me urgently about this matter!!!!!
My mother passed away in 1998. She was a teacher in the Eastern Cape, I now live in Cape Town and have been advised to file a tax return on her behalf. I was told to go to the Eastern Cape for her IRP5 and when i got there, they gathered her documents and i was told to wait for two weeks because it has been requested from the head office. I told them i have to return to work to Capw Town and I was advised to call in those two weeks to check if it has arrived. I called on Monday which was after the two weeks and was told to call Tuesday which i did, but no one had any information for me or any update. Its very frustrating for me because i cant afford to just travel to the Eastern Cape every time i have a query. Can anyone help me make this any easier? My contact number is ********** 517.
