i still have not gotten a response from Affinity Health since my last review
i have been struggling to get through to affinity for about a week now. they have deducted payment from my account and it was suppose to go off at the end of septemeber only
On the 8th July I got sick at work and they took me to hospital, when I got there I had to call for authorization, the lady informed me that my sickness is not life threatening. I ask you what do you take as life threatening. I had severe back pain which resulted in the fact that I couldn't walk but still my condition was not life threatening. If I had been paralyzed still you wouldn't think it was life threatening. I want to cancel this plan as I never ever been so disgusted
I bought a Smart TV in Aug last year, in Jan this year while I was watching TV, it went dead. They collected it on the 6th of Jan, till today i havent received my TV yet. I dont get any lucrative feedback, all they say is its still by the supplier fixing it. Its almost a month without my TV. I buy alot from Takealot and this is the 1st time i reported something wrong with an item
In August this year I wanted to purchase a bed and one of the sales ladies in the Pta West branch advise me that it would be best if I buy the Strand Foam – Chip Foam – Mattress and so I did. The bed is so uncomfortable and so hard no one wants to sleep on it, now the shop said they cant change as it was bought a long time ago and there is no guarantee on the bed, now im sitting with a base but no mattress.
This people just now how to sell you stuff. I have the combined plan which gives me access to doctors and hospitals under their plan but if you have a emergency they say your emergency hospital is finish. How the hell can you give 4000r a year for emergency hospital care. I so regret taking this out I want to cancel asap
i have a total of R1459.19 that went off my account for uber trips that i took. i had a discount and booked on the discount amount, now all of a sudden they recalculated and in total R1459.19 was taken off my account. this is very much unfair and i need my money back
I am very upset with DSTV, I was on the Access package and upgraded to Family package early Jan, then they suspended my account due to non-payment, when I made payment today I note I am being charged for the Compact package. I was on Compact think 4 years ago, now i had to pay for Compact which I did not take.
I have a crisis and need to do a scope and Affinity mearly want to pay R1000.00 for for this procedure. When they sold this i was made aware that thaking the Combined product will be the best option as i wont pay in whenever i go to a doctor or hospitals. In Dec I had to pay for bloodtests and for medication self. I am so furious, and like the other reviews say they deduct with no hassle. I think consultant are just working for commission that is all. I spoke to someone on the watsapp group and they just mearly dismissed me, without giving me an explanation what so ever. When i took this out i was hoping in getting good service but now???? I have this for 5months now, but i have spend double with all the costs i need to pay in. this is ridiculous. i want to cancel and my money back, this means absolutely nothing to me
In May 2019 I applied for an online loan at Loan Detector SA, the amount of which I applied for was for R5000.00. I filled in the application and sent it through, hoping they can help me as I was in need for this loan. They wanted the normal documents bank statements, copy of identification etc.. I then decided against the loan and did not go further with it. This morning I note that there was a R399.00 debit made from my account, all it said was ldetector....... with the amount, I phoned my bank to stop and reverse this which they did. I went then went to google and came across all sorts of bad reviews about this Loan Detector SA place... I phoned them and the gentlemen that spoke to me said i have purchased a 12 months package. I asked him how on earth will i purchase a 12 month package if i was looking for a loan. Please please see below and attached correspondence from this company. I can not pay for something they never provided me for... I urgently need assistance.
