Yesterday I encountered a very strange and rude clicks worker at clicks denlyn in mamelodi. His surname is Mokoena (if I'm not wrong his name is Mokone). He found me speaking to a pharmacist assistant trying to find a roll-on thats good for a 7 year old. He then got to us, didn't greet and in a loud and rude voice asked the pharmacy assistant what I wanted (the question was very very rude). As in "what does this one want" (exact words are " a re o batlang"). The lady explained what I wanted and he said to me. "In our pedi culture we take ash from the fire that we make on the ground and apply it on the armpits. I should do the same, I then asked where am I going to find ash and he said I shouldn't ask him that, I can go to the ladies who sell fat cakes in the street and ask them. Then he left. I was so shocked and so was the pharmacist assistant. Can clicks look into this and take the necessary steps. And for the record, I'M NOT EVEN PEDI!
I am very disappointed in MTN. I haven't been receiving calls for the past +- 24 hours. Today I called them. They said they've logged in a ticket and I should call again after 16:00. Like, my life should wait until 16:00?? I asked them why they cannot attend to it now and they tell me their back office doesn't allow calls?! MTN is dropping the ball hard and they simply don't care. First of all you will struggle to speak to a consultant, there is simply no option to speak to a consultant. I had to select the option for ***** to be able to speak to a human. Then that human tells me to call after 16:00. What on earth is that? MTN are you tired of servicing people? Should we jump to vodacom? Im sure that wont be hard.
I placed an order on the makro app on the 23rd of August 2025 for delivery. So, instead of processing my items as delivery, some were processed as pick up in woodmead, at that time I'm in mamelodi. Immediately after receiving the confirmation, I sent a whaatsapp message to makro to make them aware. They promised to cancel the woodmead pickup and refund. I kept following up on the cancelation until today when I surprisingly received an sms and email that I picked up the parcel in woodmead on the 25th of August. I called them and the lady downplayed it and didn't give a care in the world. Can they please advice what I should do in this instance. Makro is such a disappointment.
Skynet and vodacom. I've been waiting for my order that I placed on the 21th of November 2024. Skynet keeps sending messages that the order is out for delivery and then at around 1am they send messages that the delivery has failed. I called them million times to find out why the delivery failed but until today, I haven't been answered. Then I spoke to them again on Saturday and they promised to deliver by Monday and no need to say that the delivery didn't happen. And to make matters worse, they do not communicate. Yesterday we (I use we because they keep sending messages to my son's number, even after I corrected that) received a message that the delivery was out and guess what, I still don't have my product. This proves their incompetence. I'm frustrated and so freaking livid because I and my family need to use that router. Skynet, you are nonsense.
I ordered a home router from vodacom on the 21st of November 2024 and it was approved. Then vodacom gave me the run around and delayed the completion of the application. Then on the 26th (after being sent from. Pillar to post), I spoke to Collen (senior consultant) who then managed to complete it. But vodacom didn't update my details for the delivery. And until today, I'm still waiting for the router. I find it very frustrating and time consuming to be running after them. Vodacom is such a disappointment to me right now. Well, the complain doesn't end here.......
