Every time I make a review I get helped immediately
I'm writing this review with a disappointment with sassa and home affairs, the problem started when sassa announced that people must change yellow cards because they no longer needed so I take my mother to easy pay to do a new card and my mother was still using a green book and at easy pay they said they can't take my mother's finger prints because the ID was old and the application failed fine and I made an appointment at home affairs for a new ID and the ID is not available even now if I called they said they still verify my mother's finger prints and the said part my mother is not getting her money, she's is 75 year's for God's sake she needs his grant money what convinience is that for an old woman this is said. And when we got to sassa at Mthatha they asked why we did not take the money and the money was send back how when the both sassa card and easy pay card were not working and I'm tired of of being pilar to post in those offices I'm tired and they even ask for my mother's marriage certificate marriage to my father who died 20 years back but still the money is no avail please help
I had 3 policies with Liberty but I canceled 1 policy long time ago. On the 23rd of Nov I received an sms about my refund that has been deposited to my bank account and I was not aware of that they did not communicated that with me. I went to the Branch and they told me that they were still deducting the premiums of that Policy that I canceled and it mounted to 7200 that was when they explained the process.The problem is that they deposited the money to my old account. They should have called and confirm my banking details before depositing the money. The account that they used I gave them 2/3 years ago they should have communicated with me. I called their head office they were shocked that this process wasn't communicated with me. They said I must write an email and I did that and no response. B. Xozwa 0738400847
Doesn't deserve 5 star, I wrote a review about my return at sars they didn't bother to answer and my matter was not attended to even today and I'm worried because I'm owing because of the error made by them and they noticed at the branch and they said they made a dispute by still nothing has changed till today but they said it will take only 21 days, I don't know what to do anymore now
I'm so angry with sars right now, I did check my e failing and I found out that I'm owing sars 4700 and something I went to the branch to find out what is the reason I'm owing sars so much and they check and find out that I don't have medical aid of which that was a lie so they said I must bring proof and I did and they say it will take 21 working days to correct the error and to see if I'm owing or not but still when I check my app nothing happened and I feel like a fool because I still need to know why I owe sars such big amount after I'm being taxed every year lots of money
Multi choice is giving my mother a hard time here they deactivated my mother's account and they're claiming that she is owning two dstv of which she own one dstv and tried to call them until I run out of airtime and I deal with different people who knows nothing of what they doing some say they activated the dstv some say she owns two dstv of which that is utter rubish please help

My brother was supposed to board on their coaches today at 14h00 and he arrived exactly at the right time but to our surprised we were told that the bus was already left and my brother had no other my to book another bus and he supposed to report on duty tommorow and what is worse they refused to refund him as if it was his fault why they are being selfish like this eldo coaches mthatha eastern cape
Once again this company mentioned above doesn't take me seriously as I reported their non working simcard since last week through their WhatsApp group since then I haven't heard from them they are blue ticking my messages. I'm so furious because I don't have airtime to call their hotlines because their simcard isn't working again I don't know what is wrong with this company
I recieved a call from this company mentioned below and offered me a cellphone contract and I was interested I took the offer and on the contract they stated that the simcard will be active within 72 hours but still it's not and I decided to call them to the number provided and what infuriates me is the fact that it's not a direct line as you have to hold for a very long time and after hours of holding they answered and with no valid solution or they promise to call you back but not today they finally called back and they refer me to another company they called ismart ofwhich on the contract they didn't mention anything like that and what I hate it most they expect me to call them myself why because they didn't mentioned anything like that on our contract. I think they are bunch of fraudsters who trying to take an advantage of my money and my worry is they even swipe my bank card so that I cannot reverse the instalment of the so called fake contract please hello Peter publish this so that they can trend thank you
