DO NOT … I REPEAT DO NOT SUPPORT OR BY FROM HAVAL DURBAN SITUATED ON ARGYLE ROAD. They are rude and do not endure to patron satisfaction or humane. IF THEY DID NOT WANT PPL TO USE THEIR ENTRANCE THEY SHOULD HAVE THEIR FRONT GATE LOCKED!! I mistakenly took the wrong turn into the entrance and was wanting to exit. THe sales person, manager and security was very rude. To which I had to enter the shop twice to inform them to open the gate! We were 2 ladies in the car with 1 child- ALL FEMALE!! The male salesperson had the audacity to take a picture of my female child knowing FULL WELL IT IS ILLEGAL TO TAKE A PHOTO OF CHILDREN!!! THey refused to open the exit gate and I was kept about 20minutes locked in their dangerous property with other males around us. I was stern on the phone call with the manager Cindy to get them to open the gate and she blatantly told me SHE WILL NOT ASSIST ME IF I DONT STOP RAISING MY VOICE AT HER! Clearly not realising that I was under pressure, stress and be held hostage on their property wanting to leave and she not hearing me out and they were refusing to open the exit gate. Gender based harassment and taking a photo of my child I will NOT TOLERATE
I had the absolutely worst experience ordering from Nandos Westwood Mall. The chicken was dry despite requesting extra sauce, the rolls were stale, the chicken strips and rice were smelling completely off and the coleslaw was dry. Apart from that I made over 10 calls to complain to the call center and when I finally got Westwood mall to call me back, at first the manager put the phone down on me and when called back I explained my dissatisfaction with the food. I am never ordering from them ever again. I was even told that they make the rice every morning and they store in fridge and their staff eat from it as well. Total disregard for my complaints about the other food items I ordered. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!! They will leave you feeling sick, disappointed, embarrassed by guests and Food poisoning!!
Simply doesn’t deserve a rating… I flew to Johannesburg and hired an Avis car … the car that I selected vs the car I got firstly was 2 different things!! The frustrating part of this was my husband and my life that was put at risk as we were on the Main roads china mall Jhb 103 and the car did not start. WE WERE STUCK! I feared for our lives as we are business ppl. When I called Avis they said that they will call me back… I had to get another car to jumpstart us as I think the battery was dead and further I had to pay that person!! WHAT THE HELL AVIS!! IM STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL BACK???! Avis till date has not called to find out if we are safe and if we and car was fine !? Further did not even attempt to apologise or replace vehicle or refund me !? Yet again I state I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY CALL BACK??! YOU LEFT US STRANDED IN JHB ON THE MAIN ROAD … GOD ****IT!
I wish to bring to your attention this complaint of the pathetic job that OPENSERVE staff completed installing fibre on my property in west road Overport They have uprooted my entire driveway and have left it like this with a whole and also a burst water pipe due to the drilling of my driveway tar WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND AUTHORITY. How the hell do I enter my property??? WITH A HUGE WHOLE ON MY DRIVEWAY!! I approached the staff and they did not want to provide me with details of their supervisor Nor where they being supervised. I want this matter rectified URGENTLY and your supervisor or manager meet with me on-site tomorrow to address this. I want my entire tar filled and repairs to the water pipe leak I WANT THIS MATTER RECTIFIED URGENTLY!!
Hi pls escalate this urgent as this matter has been unattended for over 3 days reference number is F210217/1470. Stolen water meter and burst pipe from outside complex in Sherwood Durban Very sickly, Elderly pensioners disabled couple have been with no water for over 2 days and no one has come out to repair or attend to fault. Purchased a microwave from them for only a few years ago approximately 4years and never in my life have I ever experienced rusting in any of my microwaves before. Very bad manufacturing.
Pathetic service delivery ... haven’t had internet for over 2 months.. logged faults on every platform and mweb doesn’t respond or assist... cnt get tro to their lines and when u finally do they keep u on hold and cnt even call back if ur airtime cuts ... frustrated ... they full of lies and ****!!!

Pathetic service delivery ... does not respond ... does not call back and no complaints follow up email. Been a month without internet and mweb hasn’t resolved my query
