Worst service ever! Incompetent support! No feedback whatsoever! Get promised to get a call-back - still waiting. On hold for over 20 minutes! Worked on a website for over a month, and it disappears!
Worst service ever, no after hours support, 17min 'hold period' for support over the phone, almost an hour wait for support on whatsapp. Almost 24 hours without internet for my business... Will you be ok with your business being offline for days without any response from your service provider?
I am absolutely blown away by the absolute incompetence of the 'technical' staff from Telkom - for 2 weeks I've been struggling with internet outages, phoning Telkom daily and being told that the problem is with my ISP VOX Telecom, phoning Vox having them do tests and hearing the problem is with Telkom. So 2 weeks, phoning Telkom almost 3 times a day, and hearing the issue is not with them, having Openserve come and look at the line, saying there's no issue, that my router must be faulty. Buying a new router, spending more than an hour on the phone with Vox trying to get the Internet working, no luck. Phoning Telkom one last time, and finally have someone telling me there has been major issues with the Lynnwood Glen exchange for the past couple of weeks. Now how, after two weeks of phoning Telkom daily, after running tests, daily, how, do they only now tell me there's an issue with the exchange?!?!? Fibre being installed this week, and then no more Telkom... I can't wait... I'm not one to talk politics, but this is just a perfect example of yet another government owned and run business that is the reason of the sinking and demise of this country...
<p>So it's been 10 weeks since I had an ATM dispute while in Bali, long story, bottomline, in the past 10 weeks after trying to contact my 'private' banker, I have not been able to get through to her once!</p> <p> </p> <p>After 9 weeks, and finally calling FNB and telling them I'm moving my business somewhere else, she called me for the first time. Let me say that again - it took my 'private' banker - 9 WEEKS - to get back to me, after emailing her, trying to call her, sending her messages on the FNB app, etc. </p> <p> </p> <p>So after speaking to her, I was told she would call me back within 4 hours - it has now been 168 hours - 1 week later - and still no response!</p> <p> </p> <p>'Private Bankers for Private Clients' - what a JOKE!!!!!!!! 10 weeks, for a matter that should take no more than 21 days to resolve!</p>
