I received a message this morning at 8.50am my parcel would be delivered. between 8 and 5pm I am at work and the courier came to the house at around 10. I work 5minutes away he could'nt wait. now he says I need to wait until Monday. and I cant collect from the Depot. 11:07 AM
I looked to upgrade to an online deal. I was called by one of the consultants to go to a store 75km away for a security check. I get to the store they said its not possible as online doesnt work with stores. Tried the online chat Noone can assist me .why is it so darn difficult to upgrade online and why are the agents so clueless about promos and procedures. We are paying customers.
I'm a new client. They will hassle you to sign on. Installation was done and router was delivered. Haven't had internet connection for a week.no one can assist me with my connection issue. I work from home and rely heavily in wifi.can you guys just come remove your equipment from my premises. Your service is pathetic.

I took insurance after I was persuaded to by an agent. Now I want to install the stand alone tracker and get me rewards cards I’m told only in 2 weeks. So I’ll be losing out on fill ups
I have 2policies with Old Mutual as well as my siblings I cancelled one of the policies almost 3weeks ago and I still haven't been paid out. I keep getting the same respond. It will be in this week a week passed no this week and another week passed three damn weeks on and still nothing.my financial advisor tried his best to assist and I applaud him for that but how do u expect me trust you this company to pay out with my other policies and you have failed me with one of the smallest ones.

I took out an alarm system with Chubb and signed a contract. With the impression that if you sign a contract you should not have to to maintenance on the alarm... My battery alarm is giving problems I reported it on numerous occasions and now im told I need to service it myself or they will send a technician and I have to pay for whatever they repair.even if its not my fault. Why do you say sign a damn contract and not explain that we have to fix it ourselves.because I will never take a contract and still pay for maintenance while still under 36month contract warranty.your service sucks
