In January 2021, Telkom provided its customers with a free downgrade option. I had a contract with them for a ****le and 10gig per month for R 139. I first requested for it to be canceled but the cancellation fee was the same as waiting for the contract to run its course. I was emailed by an agent to assist with the cancellation but we agreed that I would be downgraded to a 5gig a month contract for R99. January 2021, R99 was deducted but from February 2021 - June 2021, R 281 was deducted for a 5 gig contract. If I knew that this was the service I would receive, I would've stayed with the R 139 for 10gig. I have been on the phone on 2 occasions but no solution just a promise that my matter was escalated and I was going to receive a callback. 2 weeks later 0 no calls back. I have emailed the agent with who I was dealing with 0 response.
I have settled my account on the 9th Of June 2021. I requested my Natis Forms, I completed the request Form on the 10th of June 2021. It's the 17th of June and ive been informed that I need to wait 5 to 7 days for my Natis Form. I have been in contact with 3 different employees and only one has given me feedback and trying to help. The rest have been inadequate.
I would like to give them 0 stars. Expensive flumsy rings. Apparently advertised on sale for 15k but needs to be fixed after every movement you make. Cheap rings being sold off as top of the range rings. Worth 30k with the insurance but the stone fell out which was not a manufacturing problem. After paying 1500 to fix it. The stone is about to fall out again. So I guess 1500 to be paid as it is impossible that it's a manufacturing problem. So now you wear the ring only on a weekend to minimize the risk of damage but still here we are being embarrassed by the product which is coming accross as a fake because what 15k ring needs to be repaired twice in one year. I say poorly manufactured.
I have made a deposit on a engagement ring, 26 of February 2020 at the Parow Mall branch. The ring had to be resize to a size I. I was told it wil be extra. I paid a 8k deposit on the the total of 15k. I babe made numerous enquiries on their website to receive any information as I am planning to get engage on the 13th of July. It seems like I am at the mercy of this company and yet until now I haven't received one response.
I would like to bring it to you attention that when something it paid up you cannot charge a daily interest fee. I have paid up my credit card and it even has a credit amount but to my biggest surprise i need to pay R 400 interest as i did not close the account immediately after making payment in full. This is daylight robbery. You owe me but i must make a payment? its not enough that the interest are high, but knowingly because it was a need i did make use of the credit card. Now that i have paid it up i must continue to pay because i didnt want to close the account. Wow guess i am done with this pathetic services.
I have been a loyal customer. I bought a product via a telephone call and I was informed that my purchase has been successful and it will be delivered in 5-7 days and the first debit order will be deducted within 48 hours of the purchase. It has been more than 7 days. I have since been informed that the order has been declined and that I must go to my nearest branch to update my details. I've gone to my nearest branch and they cannot help me I must call the sales agent to find out more they can only give me a new deal. I have no phone and could've made another plan on black Friday if this is the service to expect .
I upgraded from the 40gig special to the 70 gig special. To upgrade I had to wait 45 minutes to get through to the sales team. The calls are not free as they make money from the calls to them too. After another 20 minutes I was informed I have been upgrades and it would be effective from the 1st of October 2019. Today the first of October nothing has happened. After a call of 65 minutes. I then called again to follow up after another 40 minute wait to get through to a consultant I hanged up as these calls are not free and I'll never get back what I lost. I am running a business and I am dependent on the internet hence my need for more data. I would not refer MWEB to anyone.
Poor service. Their refund policy is 48hours but been waiting 7 days to get a response
I ordered a milkshake and at the bottom as the glass got emptier i ****roach was found. The manager admitted that it was a ****roach and excluded the milkshake off my bill like it was a common thing. Clearly it has happened before. I asked the waiter to explain to me what it was as i was shocked she took the plate away with the ****roach on it and threw it away and apologised for what seemed to be a common problem
Worst pizza i have ever had. Paid R134 for burned tasteless pizza served cold that might be Mr Delivery but the pizza was horrible and ill recommend it to no one.
