<div>Whatever you do, don't take your child to this school. There is no support whatsoever and the school refuses to even meet me as a parent because "the school is not setting appointments at this time". Mind you, there is no telephone number you can call. At the same time they place barriers to exiting the school. Basically once you enter you are done for. If I knew this is the level of service I was to receive from this school, I was not never going to move my child from Teneo. They are approx 300 in a class. 300, no wonder they do not have time to see anyone.</div>
Contradicting information is being given about my current benefit/s. I cannot trust anything that they say.
I have been asking Capital Legacy to retrieve my Will for destruction. This process is like pulling teeth. They are possibly counting on the fact that they will end up having my "latest Will" although I have indicated numerous time that the document they have does not reflect my wishes. I called on the 17th December 2024 to ask about the performance of a fund. I was advised that a person from retirement unit will call which I can easily name. When I followed up today, I encountered a rude consultant who even dropped the call on me. I do not appreciate your slack service.
Why is the bonus information all of a sudden missing when you have to pay it out. That is strange. You have been sending me this information frequently to motivate me. Now when I want a payout out you are telling me stories.
I give you an instruction on a plan I personally took online and you think all of a sudden I need your advice when I change my mind. Cancel the contributions immediately. No contact from any adviser and who appointed such on this plan ?
I asked Sanlam to remove a benefit but they cancelled the whole policy. You did not debit me as you are supposed to as a result. You cannot perform simple instructions.
Some Nthabiseng Simelane emailed me about owing Dischem. What is that about ? Does Dischem even offer credit to customers ? She does not even have the decency to respond to emails.
