Guys am I the only struggling with getting information from Sanlam. I’ve been talking to their useless robots and even with human beings there’s no way forward. I can’t get info on my withdrawal. Useless company. My friends at Liberty have all been saying. Yesterday I was forwarded to a “person” called Yolanda Md…????? Like what surname is that. They want our information but aren’t willing to fully introduce themselves. If there’s anyone who has a liaison please let me know
Mr D (Cape town)is getting worse. They’re hiring people who now can’t even speak English or any of the native languages . Some of these guys are also very rude. Why pay for extra tip over the delivery fee. I get they’re too busy to train them but where are the SAs? In this age if unemployment do you mean to tell me they don’t want these jobs?
Uber in Cape Town is just a F taxi. The drivers are all foreigners and are f bullies esp if you’re a female which of course is inherent of African men deprived of respect for females. The vetting of uber drivers is atrocious. The cars deemed luxury are infact sometimes uber go and comfort can be anything . It’s crazy. Only in Cape Town. It’s like they’re doing you a favour of course and you didn’t pay for the ride. Might as well take a taxi. Who o na uber? Does the app even mean anything. Can these people be traced if something happens to you. I don’t think so. If you know of a safer solution please send suggestions..😩
The tellers want us to do as they want not as we want as they’re doing us a favour. Feels like a Shoprite downtown. They’re more concerned about their hair and boyfriends then us customers especially the black girls(if I may so myself and I’m as African as they come). I feel these companies are too rich they don’t care about customer service anymore cos if they did they would train their employees to prioritise their customers.
The best I’ve ever had. Quick installation. Always available. When I left Umhlanga and had to lose them I was sad. Excellent customer service. At my work place I give the best service hence I’m very pedantic about receiving the same
This company used to be top tier in the olden days hence I went back to them when all other networks failed me. What a big mistake. They are too busy their call center agents are not properly trained to deal with issues. They delay to respond to calls and queries even on the online option. It’s a pity the Umhlanga based ISP 123NET is not available in Durban North. Excellent service and connectivity
I thought I’d compliment Winston’s pleasurable, professional and diligent approach to his work. Always has a smile on his face and always willing to help. He makes me want to my best too always. He is kind and has never failed me. Thank you Winston for doing your job as if you’re the owner of the company.
Woolworths Gateway is definitely ghetto teller service. The 10 items section especially. The workers shout and converse while busy serving customers. This Durban mentality of not training staff to suit the brand will one day be their detriment . Even the girls that help on the floor are just the same. This is especially the black girls and Indian boys(strangely enough). Ill mannered.
La parada .. always a winner🥂🥂🥳🥳.. took my sister in law. She was raving about it and I got 5 stars too for choosing well..☺️
