I requested cancellation of my car insurance for a vehicle that has not been in my possession since 12 December 2025, yet the policy remains active. Instead of cancelling the policy, King Price Insurance has subjected me to delays, excuses, and endless internal “follow-ups”. This is a basic administrative process, yet it has been mishandled from start to finish. The lack of urgency, accountability, and respect for customers is unacceptable. This experience has severely damaged my confidence in King Price Insurance.
I am beyond frustrated with Bsure insurance advisors incompetence and lack of integrity. I have been requesting the cancellation of my car insurance for a vehicle that has not been in my possession since 12 December 2025. Despite this being clearly communicated, Bsure has failed to cancel the policy and has continued to delay the process with empty promises. I have followed up multiple times and on each occasion I am told the cancellation is “being processed” — yet nothing ever happens. Weeks later, the policy is still active. This is no longer an innocent delay; it feels intentional, especially as month-end approaches, raising serious concerns that this is being done to avoid refunds or financial adjustments. This conduct is unacceptable for an insurance broker. It shows zero accountability, zero urgency, and zero respect for clients. A policy should not remain active on a vehicle that the client no longer owns this is basic insurance practice, yet Bsure seems incapable or unwilling to do the bare minimum. I am demanding: Immediate cancellation Written confirmation Full clarification on any refund owed I will not recommend Bsure insurance advisors to anyone and will be escalating this matter further if it is not resolved immediately
My experience with Max Property Group has been absolutely terrible, and the biggest problem is simple: they refuse to refund my deposit. I moved out of their property on 30 October 2025, and more than 42 days later they are still holding onto my R8 200 with no explanation that makes any sense. Every time I request my refund, I am either completely ignored or fed the same recycled excuse that the house “needs painting” (which has been done) something they only mentioned after I moved out and without ever doing an exit inspection, even though I told them I was leaving and was available. It’s obvious they are using painting as a cover to avoid paying back what they owe. The house wasn’t even painted when I moved in and was handed to me dirty, mouldy, and neglected, which I have photos to prove. Yet somehow they think they can ignore my messages and hold my money indefinitely. Their communication is non-existent, their professionalism is shocking, and their behaviour feels like they simply do not care about tenants once they have your money. Based on how they are treating me, Max Property Group has absolutely no urgency, no accountability, and no intention of refunding deposits unless you chase them endlessly.
I recently relocated, and since the move I have experienced extremely poor network coverage with Cell C. I am unable to maintain a stable connection and often have to move to specific spots within my home just to access Wi-Fi or mobile signal. In addition, when attempting to contact the Cell C call centre for assistance, my calls are answered by the automated system, which only provides the welcome message and then remains silent for several minutes. It later asks whether I am still on the line and subsequently drops the call without offering any service options. This situation has become highly inconvenient and unacceptable. I kindly request that this matter be investigated urgently and that a network coverage fault be logged for my new location. I would also appreciate clear communication and assistance regarding possible resolutions.

Zamokuhle was patient, attentive, and kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring everything was handled efficiently. It’s not often you come across such dedicated and customer-focused service. I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Cell C. Since February this year, I have been receiving incorrect invoices, and despite numerous enquiries, the issue remains unresolved. Every time I contact customer service, I’m told the matter will be “escalated to the relevant department,” but nothing ever happens. It feels like Cell C does not care about its customers. I’ve had to keep paying just to protect my credit record, even though the billing is wrong. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend Cell C to anyone.
Cell C will always find a way to disrespect its customers with its *********** agents. Since, my income will be reduced, I am trying to ensure that I settle the contract but since there is data and minutes I am getting from the contract. I asked an agent who told me the amount I should be paying as a commitment amount. I paid the amount which on it I included the bill for this month. When I call back to do follow up, they say they can't that for me, the option I want is not available and I should just cancel the contract, knowing that once I cancel the contract I will loose the data and minutes it comes with.
Totalguard is full of promises and do not deliver. I have made an order on the 14 January and still there haven't delivered. They always promise to make delivery soon. These guys do not care about their customers. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are bad business.
Cell C do not care about its customers, I have cancelled the Cell C Getmore services on 06 August 2024 but they still invoice me for Getmore services even when I have cancelled.
I made an order on the 04th of November, when I was ordering the estimated delivery date was 08 November, received an email and SMS stating that the order had been handed to the courier and would be delivered on the 08 November. The order was not delivered and when calling the courier they said they do not have the order on their system, while Makro claimed the courier company had picked up the order. Currently, I can't even track the order as I have not received the tracking number, and every time I call Makro they say they have escalated the matter. Makro is unreliable, and at Makro, they do not care about their customers.
