Would not recommend to ANYONE!! If I could rate them any lower, I would.
My order arrived, but it looked completely different in the picture on their website. I tried to get a hold of them for 2 days, multiple e-mails and phone calls, but there was no answer. This is unprofessional and I won’t be using Netflorist again.
Poor service, I am very unhappy. They don’t care about customers. Stay away.
Awful experience. I spoke to Gail. She has absolutely no no no experience in customer service. She does not know what she is doing,and cannot even handle a simple conversation. I thought I was speaking to an 80year old. Unacceptable! Train her please.
Very very poor service. Our phone lines have been down for 6 days now, and we are a business. I have conversed with Nandipa Dimaza who has been no help at all. She has given extremely poor service, and was very arrogant. What is she even doing working in customer service? Telkom you have disappointed once again. :(
Just Awful!! I would strongly recommend that any company stay far away from using Telkom. We are a big company, and have not had ANY internet or service for the past 2 weeks due to an error on their side. We keep phoning them and they don't do as they say. They keep telling us that a technician is working on the problem, but we soon realised that this is not the case. Absolutely NOTHING gets done. We are a company and we need internet. Telkom could not care less about their loyal and paying customers. Unreliable, untrustworthy Telkom.

I phoned in the one day to confirm that I can visit a certain dentist in my Area. The consultant who spoke to me over the phone was unable to answer when I asked him if this dentist was on the INGWE Student plan's network. Thus, I asked him to phone me back when he is able to answer me, which his he answered: " Yes, absolutely" . Anxiously awaiting his call, he never got back to me. I had to make the appointment with my dentist. So I phoned back again. I complained to the next consultant I spoke to and asked to speak to the their manager. Eventually she put me through to the manager after she struggled to get a hold of him. When he answered the phone, I was quite upset, but proceeded to calmly tell him the problems I am experiencing with Momentum. I even mentioned the name of the man, who I spoke to the previous day, name. He was extremely arrogant and rude. He barely gave me a chance to speak to him and immediately interrupted me. He did NOT listen AT ALL! He started shouting at me horribly. He said that they did try to phone me, but he was referring to 2 months before when I also made a query with them, and they phoned me back the next day, and I could not answer as I was in class all day. The fact was that I was speaking to him regarding the most recent matter. I tried telling him and he just kept shouting. I could not believe it at all. It was absolutely HORRIFIC. My sister heard this happening, and was astound. I will definitely be changing my medical aid to DISCOVERY. Even though I am only a student still, I will never ever return to Momentum. This experience was horrible. I will tell everyone I possibly can to absolutely stay FAR FAR AWAY from Momentum. They treat their loyal and paying customers like garbage.
I have been using Sweep South for a few months now, and I am very unhappy with the service received from their financial/ accounts department. First of all, I have to purchase vouchers for when I wish to make a booking. The vouchers are only for R250, R500, R1000, etc. Each time my cleaning appointment is only for R 160. Thus, there is still an amount left of that voucher. I have e-mailed and phoned, several times, both Katy Botha and Nuraan simply asking to combine ALL my previous voucher's remaining balances into 1 voucher (or sweepcred) in order for that money to not be lost. It came down to more than R200. They promised to come back to me, and I kept phoning them to tell them that the voucher numbers they sent me are not accepted when I try to make a booking. They, then never replied or rectified this. I am very unhappy, I feel like they are *****ing me over. I will definitely not be using Sweepsouth again, they are stealing from people. Bad service overall!!!!!!!!
