They lack attention to detail, wouldn’t recommend to anyone that wants to celebrate any special event or day. The music in the spa kept on pausing which was also a huge distraction during my massage.
I planned a holiday with my husband for January 2023 to Mauritius using Flight Centre Kolonnade as our travel agent. We provided the list of our preferred hotels and picked one, and the agent confirmed that our booking had been finalized and confirmed with the hotel. A few days later, we were called and told that the hotel we picked was no longer available, and we were given the option of a hotel, which we declined as it had no similarities at all with the hotel that we picked. A few days later, two other hotels were added to the list, which we picked, and we really enjoyed our stay. We decided that we would like to visit Indonesia (Bali) in September 2023, but with our past experience with Flight Centre Kolonnade, we decided to use Flight Centre Brooklyn. We were booked in Ubud for 2 nights and 4 nights in Nusa Dua. The agent, however, booked us for 5 nights and informed us that it was a system error and we were charged for the 5th night. Her explanation was that it was due to the 5 p.m. late checkout as the hotel checkout is at 10 a.m.; however, the hotel check-out was at 12 p.m. and not 10 a.m. (Clearly, bookings are being made with no information from hotels). The hotel confirmed that we could have been accommodated for an additional 5 hours for free if the agency had communicated accordingly. Very disappointing for the money we pay.
On the 18th of December 2021 we bought 2 pool loungers and upon delivery one was incorrect. On 3 different occasions they still delivered the incorrect lounger. Today it's the 27 of January 2022 and I am still being given the run around. If you care about your money please please stay away from Cielo.
If you want the worst rental experience please use Huurkor. They don't care about their tenants, you are required to call their maintenance guy Paul 100 times and your chances of getting assistance is close to zero. The lady handling my rental Tsholo Seeletse is rude as hell, she'll never bother to follow up on anything, getting their maintenance team to assist is my responsibility.
Old mutual has the worst service ever and lately getting hold of them is close to impossible. I've been sent from pillar to post for a claim I made on the 4th of December 2020 and to date no one can give me an answer in terms of how far my claim is. I am worried about my retirement annuity and all other policies I have with them. Time for change...
Vodacom are thieves. I had 300MB, won 100MB from the voda app competition and received 500MG for the incorrect billing that affected SA a few days ago. Yesterday I used the free 1G instagram data and to my surprise this morning I have 4MB left... oh wow. I was told through the call center that the 1G data only works when you open it via the link sent to you...bull, I've never followed the link before and haven't lost my data by opening insta of fb directly from my phone...Vodacom can I have my data back please.
