After having changed medical aids due to change in employer, vitality cancelled my membership. To avoid future cancellation, I app**** on 26 June 2024 that my vitality be linked to my life cover. Vitality has been deducting my fee together with my life cover premium since July 2024. To my surprise on 08 October 2024, I realised that my membership has been cancelled. To date, I have contacted vitality 5 times requesting that my membership be reinstated to no avail. The consultants keep promising that I will be called back by somebody who will assist but that never happens. What is glaringly notable is that the discovery team invest more effort in onboarding you and abandons you when it matters thereafter.
Due to Radisson Hotel Cape Town Fores**** not being listed on Hello Peter, I selected the one nearest to it. During my stay, iv had to complain more than 5 times for somebody to sort out the air conditioning in my room which kept on heating the room as opposed to cooling it on a hot day. The hotel staff was very nonchalant about assisting me and did very little to make my stay comfortable. This will be the last time I stay at a Radisson. Needless to say. I got no sleep.

I have been without internet for over 24 hours now because Vodacom's fibre department is the worst I have come across. I have been with Mweb and Level 7 and the activation of their fibre service is immediately after the ONT is installed. Vodacom does not seem to care. Just applying for their service alone was hell. I want to cancel my account and just get a reliable service provider. STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM FIBRE
I have app**** for a 100/100 fibre line following a promotion that vodacom had which would be R699 per month. When I received the quotation, I was surprised to learnt that the actual amount would be R908. I subsequently asked them to rather install a 50/50 fibre line instead which would cost me R709. The process of changing my application to the 50/50 line request has been a rather frustrating one. The sales people I am dealing with seem to either not want to perform the request or are just ***********. Netcare Pinehaven hospital is racist and discriminative. The hospital stuff treated me like they are doing me a favour.
Terrible build quality of the home. What was supposed to be an exciting time in my life has become a never ending disaster of poor workmanship and deceit. I will never buy a craft home development again.
They take your money and walk away. We are stranded in Ethiopia and Egypt Air is no where to be found. VERY BAD AIRLINE. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
I had the most amazing service with Eezi move. It was my second time using them and I have recommended them to friends and family. They are very organized and plan very well for your move. I have every confidence to use them again in future.
