I've had a very bad personal experience with directors at this company. They have inserted themselves (professionally) into a very sensitive civil matter involving custody, parental alienation and minor children and have made wholly false accusations that have caused much damage and trauma. ************ by a company such as this in a very sensitive civil matter is disturbing and I have yet to receive an apology or retraction on statements made that involve minor children.
I don't even know where to begin here. I requested a de and reinstallation 2 weeks ago. No less than 3 times has their WhatsApp channel asked me for the same info! I finally got a call from their agent requesting payment for the cancelation fee! When I explained to him that nobody is helping me, he cut the call! My car is currently partially insured because CarTrack can't get there act together.
Be weary! Booked and arrived to a place that looked nothing like the pictures 16 on Bree 2117! Refused to refund. Very misleading and platform should vet properties and reviews better. Checking out immediately.
Picked up my computer for assessment in early January and completely ignored requests from insurance to return it. Only after writing reviews on social was this attended to and now I have been returned a machine without the keyboard working almost 2 months later! Completely shifting blame even though they had it for 2 months and forgot about it! Not a good business

Please be careful when signing up here. The speeds quoted only lasted a day or 2 and I requested a cancellation in November and I am still being debited. Openweb are not even responding to emails. Please don't fall for this as I did.
About a year and a half back I took an MTN contract. Being told it was a top up contract, which of course it wasn't I received exorbitant bills for 2 months. After numerous queries, hello peter complaints and virtually everything under the sun I placed a stop order on this account hoping MTN would take this seriously. All they did was hand me over to their creditors who aren't willing to talk to MTN about these issues. I'm willing to pay the termination fees as said but not the bills as I was mislead. I'm not even expecting a response because MTN have been utterly useless since the outset - I would just like to warn others of what they're in for.
Hi, I have always used the Edgars app to check my instalment. However since November it has been saying I have no instalment which is very frustrating and has resulted in me not paying/paying on time - Edgars has a poor rating for me on my credit rating and this is unacceptable as it is a fault on their part! Why have an app that doesn't work! Please remove the adverse rating immediately.
Hi, last year there was some confusion with my account where I was receiving 2 bills for whatever reason. I paid into one and this was the wrong account - eventually this was resolved and corrected and the payments reflected into my existing account. Please note however that on a recent credit application, I was told that I was declined due to adverse ratings from Telkom. This is due to the above. Please resolve asap as it is not fair that my credit rating suffers due to a Telkom fault.
