AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE AND DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
I tried to book an internal flight in Japan assuming that the ticket would be confirmed immediately. Almost 24 hours later and Kiwi says that they cannot confirm the ticket due to "technical issues" between them and the carrier and they can only issue a 90% refund. I have requested a 100% refund as I need to book connecting flights as well but they keep sending me the same system-generated message. AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE AND DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.0 replies

An absolute nightmare to deal with
An absolute nightmare to deal with. Completely bureaucratic, very difficult to talk to anyone competent in person and extremely complicated. Their automated claims submission systems don't even work so everything has to be done manually1 reply

Great Service from Abdul Charamadan to buy my non-running vehicle
In a very difficult situation when my car was beyond repair for a reasonable cost, Abdul Charamadan from SYDC was very efficient at providing an offer for the car which was not running, arranging the documentation and collection and providing the agreed price promptly as arranged. Any problems solved easily....
Have had fibre with WebAfrica for the last year. Any time I have had a problem, I have found their staff to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes, you have to wait a bit long to get through at peak times but when you do, they are always great.1 reply
