Standard Bank Vehicle Finance (Your case number: 60128757). My debit order did not go off as per usual. I was informed that it was due to the interest rate change. I phoned and they said they will rerun the debit order. Which they did, but then the debit order went off again the next day. I was then to mail proof that the debit order went off which I did, 4 or 5 times but the person assisted me only received the mail with the attachment being stripped of. I then, giving up hope, said I will go into a branch. The one where I used to go is no longer there. I phoned again this morning -- been 4/5 days since it was taken of my account, but it still not reflects on Standard Bank side. I have wasted a day and half to sort out their mistake. And it is still not sorted. I have to wait till it reflects on their systems and then I have to request for a reversal -- so basically have to do their jobs for them. I cannot understand how they can be in banking at all. I have to wait till this is sorted before I can get a settlement amount. I deeply regret ever doing business with them. A mistake I will never repeat.

My EasyCrypto account is no longer available following an App Upgrade. The EasyCrypto team informed me more than a week ago that it will take 7 days to fix. So far, no joy. This raises questions around the safety of accounts on this platform
DON'T do business with Vodacom Buymondo. Their sales people are deceiving. I opt-in for a data bundle upgrade. I was promised a Lenovo notebook with 4 gig memory. What was delivered was a IdeaPad or something. Long story short after numerous phone calls, mail conversations, online chats, trying to cancel the contract NOTHING has happened except that the useless, incompetent company billed me for the device. This issue has been outstanding for longer than a month now. Directly after receiving the device I received the following cancellation collection ref number: ref: 1- ********** ********** The a new one after phoning again on the 27th (that was a week or 2 after receiving no response) ref: 1- ********** ********** (27/07/2018) The I contacted them again on the 07/08/2018 -- still nothing... Then again via their chat service: Beverly: Please see Pick up number generated which is V1P ********** Still NOTHING
