I ordered a Graphics card in store (Northgate) on Monday the 7th of November 2022. Still have not received it even though the branch they had to get it from is literally 22KM away (Mall of Africa). And it takes this long to get it? I then logged a complaint and will be another 24 hours if that to contact me about it. Highly upset about this and then I ask about why they take so long and all I get is "have a good day further". When I worked at their competitor Matrix warehouse, I would get the stock the very next business day for clients as that is good service. Clearly they don't know what that is.
Would Give 0 Stars if I could. Placed an order on the 29th of March. They havent called once to let me know whats happening, I had to call them myself 4 times. And each time I get the same stupid response. It has been almost 2 weeks now and this is absolutely ridiculous. I would Honestly rather recommend Vodacom. and thats saying something
When I walk in store at east rand mall yesterday I told them I was looking for thongs and g-strings for my girlfriend, I felt nervous and left. I called today (04/12/2018) and explained the whole story and that the lingerie was for me, The sales lady was more than happy to help, she said I must just go in store and she will help me. I went to the store. Unfortunately the lady I spoke to was not in. I spoke to another lady there and explained the story to her, she just smiled and helped me pick out my lingerie. By far the best service I have received in any lingerie store. I was not judged as I have been before in other stores. I will definitely go back there for all my future underwear shopping. Keep up the good work
I am very displeased with the service provided by outsurance, I submitted a claim and all the documents that they asked for and i was told 2 working days to have the payout of the claim. This was Monday morning that i submitted the relevant documents. I get called this morning (2 working days later) now to say they need to send someone out to collect my PC and do a report and a quote and that this will taking 5 working days ( next week Wednesday) This is unacceptable as i need my personal PC urgently as yes it is mostly for gaming and personal use but I also need to do personal work on the computer. I am extremely upset and I be contacting the ombudsman in connection with this as I want this resolved.
I have recently beem threatenend by lawyers from house and home for a payment i have done and sent a proof of payment to them, they keep saying i havent, when i have sent proof twice that i have done it. Now my credit record has been affected because some idiot there isnt doing their job. This is completely unaccetpable, i have made payment and i am getting treated this way. I want this resolved and i want it resolved very soon.
