Eunice Bosetsi an employee at Nedbank Bosveld Warmbad is giving the business a bad name,her attitude is on another level.She failed to update our documents for months and we always struggle.She need to improve and learn a good customer service.

I had a problem with my bookings via booking.com and I wanted to verify my payment and I was directed to contact Touch Down Africa,I did so ,the first 2 agents couldn't help me they didn't ask much about my reasons for calling.For the 3rd time when I called their number,I was helped by Thembi ,she did listen to my story and be able to assist me and confirm that my payment was received. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Five Star to Thembi at Touch Down Africa,few minutes after my call I have received an email to confirm my pop .Excellent service Thembi, 💯 customer services.
We experienced a power supply problems from the outside box that supply premises from Friday night 02/05 and logged a call with City power on a Saturday morning 03/05 and they said the turn around time iis up to 24hrs..The whole weekend we stayed with no electricity and send the tickets to the clr for escalation, made several calls Monday but still didn't get help. What about our food in the fridge that doesn't work due no power supply?The crab service we get from city power must come to an end especially we are being charged a lot of service money and they are failing to service us back.SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE CITY POWER SERVICE. They said they will come even today they didn't show off 07/05🙃😔🙃

Only today when I get to Pep Home New Redruth,this ladies Seipati and Bassie asked me about the Pep card of which I was never asked about it at any of the Pep that I shop at. Good morning,on the 30th April I purchased a cellphone at Game store the Glen Mall.After completing my purchase they took my details so that they can Rica my sim card.Today is the 2nd May and I am not Rica'd.I was informed that a lady by the name of Mapula will complete the process.I am still waiting.This is really a bad service.They could have told me to go the Vodacom shop at the mall for assistance, as I was at the mall on that particular day.
