I just signed up for a month to month contract with mtn. (Less than 15 min ago from publishing this review) I get a contract stating that my billing date is the 15th. Yet i did the sale online on the 30th. I was already chraged a prorata rate. Infact as mentioned the sale was done online so i paid immediately. How! I havent even received the hardware, the order wasnt even confirmed yet. But im expected to pay another full month on the 15th. ******
0 is not available In 7 days i made 8 calls, one call per day and once twice in a day For continued bad connectivity and internet I cannot stream and literally had to buy me data to do this survey, to commune over whatsapp. So that means no television. They keep doing the same troubleshoot that lasts all about 2min. Id cancel but i paid the full month and want my moneys worth. No tech has gotten ahold of me yet I emailed and they give no resolution. Id highly recommend no one subscribe. I have tons of screenshots of speed tests, calls, emails, daily app service request. Its not worth it
So i cancelled my old mutual policy way in advance and was informed that any money that was taken from my acc will be refunded. This was January. It is now March. Worst, the money was taken like a garnishee from my employee, like i owe them.
So we cancelled our current fibre plan because we were being sold the "vodacom" idea. We expected to come live on 2 January 2024. It's been 7 days and our request has been cancelled and reordered everyday since. No internet whatsoever. A new Vodacom client. Stick to your ISP, this is not worth the trouble changing. If this is just me trying to sign up, waster airtime, empty promises, no feedback then i will rather go back to my service provider.
Just took a speed test. 40 pings 20 jitters 11.9mbps download 0.8mbps uploads And im paying for rain speed of up to 100mbps. Need i say more
So i decides to try Spur, Hawk Eye in Parow (Sanlam Centre). What a complete let down I got the unreal breakfast and my! What a disappointment. My bacon was burnerd, my chips was burned and the waiter found it okay to serve me that. I will never return to that spur ever again and i sure hope you have a bettee experience.
Ive logged a ticket almost a week ago that still says pending when trying to log a nee ticket for no internet connection. There isnt even loadshedding nor isit raining to justify this bad service and no contact made by my isp. Only once a bad review is received they make contact. Im so glad i can finally go to the ombudsman!!!
Ive been banking with Tymebank since it opened and I havent once regretted it. I like how I am in control of my money and not being told. Their service is wonderful, I have 0 conplaints and it's been years. Ive actually been helping +10 people switch bank. Who wouldn't? Lowest fees, HECK YES!!

How many bad reviews should I give this place. I find myself doing so monthly. Worst part, I'm so close to their tower and still experiencing bad connectivity. You submit tickets on their app and no one calls. They reply on messenger, weeks later then you forgotten your original query. Can a customer be treated and worst?
