Talked my money 6 months ago. Keep promising delivery. Then say it was destroyed and they will re delivery. Please don’t use this company it is a scam you will not see your money or goods
Contract validly cancelled in writing which they refuse to accept. They use ITC Summons to threaten people but ITC Summons are a deregistered entity and also not registered with the Council for Debt Collectors. It is illegal for them to collect a so-called debt if they are not registered with the Council for Debt Collectors. Contact the Council if you need help

On 15 September 2019 I purchased goods over R8000. When delivery arrived, the table was the incorrect colour. We called Decofurn immediately and were advised we needed to wait for stock of the correct table for a few weeks. Further, one of the chairs was damaged. I sent an email to Decofurn regarding this on 4 October 2019. I emailed again on 13 November 2019 and 14 October 2019 without response. I emailed again on 15 November 2019 and was advised stock would arrive on 27 November 2019. By 29 November 2019, having heard nothing, I emailed again. No response. I emailed again on 2 December 2019 and also 4 December 2019 but no responses. On 5 December 2019 I was advised they would come and change the table next Thursday. But no delivery took place and no communication was forthcoming, I emailed again on 13 December 2019. No response. I contacted head office. Then on 19 December 2019 I was advised the table would be delivered on Sunday morning. No delivery arrived. No communication received. I emailed again on 22 December 2019. Eventually delivery arrived on 24 December 2019 - the wrong colour table again!!! Called and emailed Decofurn again on same day. Promised delivery for early January 2020. I emailed on 9 January 2020. Today is 13 January 2020 and no response and no table. BEYOND PATHETIC. GOING TO CONSUMER COMMISSION. Absolute pathetic management of your Fourways store
I placed an online order on 16 July. It was partially delivered after 6 days, with the expected delivery date being 23 July 2019. The bulk of the delivery has not arrived. Since then I have followed up telephonically, via email via Facebook and even via Hello Peter. NOT A SINGLE PERSON IN THE LAST MONTH HAS GIVEN ME FEEDBACK ON WHY MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. It is also not acceptable that I paid for goods a A MONTH AGO, the delivery date is well passed and I still dont know where the goods are. I even followed up with you on Hello Peter and on 31 July you promised to find out about my delivery and give me feedback - YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO. WHERE IS THE ORDER. I WANT FEEDBACK, I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WANT MY GOODS DELIVERED. i have tried every single channel to get information about the order and every single one has failed. *** MAKRO - i expect you to give me a call TODAY and advise. NOT A SINGLE CALL FROM YOU IN THE LAST MONTH OF FOLLOWING UP. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since then I have followed up 3 times telephonically and twice via email. Most recently, I was promised at 11am this morning telephonically that they would find out and call me back. It is now 5 hours later and I am still waiting for my call to be returned. It is not acceptable that I have been following up for over a week without ANY feedback. It is also not acceptable that I paid for goods a full 2 weeks ago, the delivery date is well passed and I still dont know where the goods are. Please advise
They have a system where you SMS a number and the service person calls you back. 5 different SMS, not one call back. They tell me to collect today, I go all the way there but car is incomplete. I leave with incomplete car. An hour later they SMS to say all repairs are complete - but they are still fetching car on Monday to fix things. Beyond pathetic. Manager lies, but call recordings show the truth. Incompetence, lies, incomplete and dirty car. All for a minor repair, still not done after a full month. Disgusting. I ask to speak to his superior, he says he is trying to get him on the phone and disappears, never returns. And I must still pay excess for the release of my incomplete car. Sies.
