I do not have words to describe this poor service from the consultant who is said to be Lathetha from Durban contact Centre. He's tone, he has no idea of what I was battling with. I am so frustrated by him, he kept making me explain one thing over and over again and was not worried whether I do actually get assisted. Mtn has been giving poor service really, I wonder who hired that person. I am really considering porting to another service provider. Mtn is useless, your call centre's are a creche.
This company reviews are poor, I should have checked before getting myself into this *******. Never ever fall for Mix Telematics, use tracker or fedility. So I last informed matrix that I sold the car back to VW so they could deactivate and cancel the "subscription". Now they go onto the beaure and incorrectly list as "car loan". Firstly they aren't a credit provider, their listing is incorrect. I am taking this up specially with SACRA. I'm enough of this back and for because it's impacting my credit worthiness. They better be ready.
Pick n pay ASAP can be such a inconvenience. A driver called me with no good network coverage, I sent him the entry code. Yet he cancelled my order lying that I was unavailable/unreachable. I've never experienced such with checkers. Now I have to wait 3-7 business working days to get my refund and buy food only because of someone at pick n pay who does not think about what inconvenience it may cause to cancel an order without going beyond boundaries to reach a customer. This driver did not even arrive at my gate. He's name is Big Gatsheni, when I called him he didn't say anything pretending as if the line is bad. I called the other line which the guy told me they will resend the driver. I asked him how so, I called the call Centre and there was nothing they could do as the refund was processed. Imagine e such an inconvenience. I had to reorder fearing the same thing might happen. However, after today, I am never using this service, infact I should continue with checkers.
Never ever use this ****ty service. MR D is so much better. I sent my wife money to use her Uber eats app which i hate so much because of their lack of urgency, one of the important things within the list was my child's milk. My child didn't have milk throughout the night because of Ubereats poor service and they didn't care to refund so we get another milk. They have poor administration. We still waiting for a refund.
Lenmed hospital in Lenasia, I am sitting with emails, messages, calls that I owe lancet R1000 for my child's bloods. The reason why medical aid did not pay is because my daughter was admitted on the 17th however the hospital say's on the 18th. Can they change this claim date please. I won't be hrld liable for your negligence.

After a complaint regarding staff unprofessionalism at netcare Olivedale. ER consulting as a contractor addressed the matter with sense of urgency and prioritization. My child is still healing, my wife and I are pleased with the level of after service we received. Thank you.

Dear Netcare Complaints Department, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from a nurse named I on, at Olivedale hospital on the 16 January 2025 in the evening. During my visit, I found Nurse Ivon's behavior to be extremely rude and unprofessional. She's condescending, I asked Her of the whereabouts of the Dr who assisted my toddler who was in pain. Ivon with an attitude and unwelcoming tone **** that the Dr has gone to an emergency room & will come late. I felt ahe was brushing me off so to leave. I then asked her colleague of Ivon's name, & Ivon answered me with an attitude like she didn't care whether I would complain or not, that's the impression she gave me. Then together with her colleagues laughed on our way out. As my wife & I drove out, Ivon followed out the door to see our whereabouts. Secondly, the hospital as well does not have equipment. My daughter was diagnosed from assumptions, no bloods were taken rather We received a script. I was shocked and distressed by this treatment, and I believe it is unacceptable for a healthcare professional to behave in such a manner. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that patients receive respectful and professional care in the future. However, it's wondering why does Ivon think she's untouchable. I even overheard her speaking to one of her nurse colleagues in a rudely manner and tone. Noh, something must be done regarding that child, one on one's are needed anonymously to investigate her behavior towards people.
