I reserved a booking at this establishment on the Booking.com platform and payment was due on 23 December. On Thursday, 11 December 2025, out of the blue I received a message from the establishment that they could host us anymore due to 'unforseen circumstances' and had to cancel our reservation and a link was mailed to me to proceed to cancel our booking. This was 2 weeks before we were suppose to check in. Taking in mind, finding alternative accommodation during peak season 2 weeks before check-in, all we found was the most expensive places left and the only affordable places were far outside the city. This was the worst experience I've ever had regarding vacation accommodations.
1st bad experience with Bash. The sneakers looks like they were either on display or it's a return item because they look like a lot of people fitted them or someone wore them because new sneakers are not suppose to have that crease on the side like they were worn by someone. The box the sneakers came in was also completely torn apart. This was intended to be a gift and now I can't give the sneakers with the box it came in.
Worst client service ever. If you live in a more remote (rural area) forget about getting your item delivered. They sent me a notification of 'Bad address' because they do not find the address and charged me R278 non delivery fee on an item that cost R129 but I already paid for delivery and tax, but if you googled the town it shows the town however small it is. I even made arranged them to drop it at the Courier Guy hub that was 25km away from my workplace and I would have collected it but they never did it so I requested they return the item and give me my refund which they also never paid.
I wanted to purchase a pre-used vehicle from this establishment and and when I asked about the vehicle's condition I was ensured that the vehicles sold by them had no issues the one I want to purchase was in a great condition and there vehicles go through roadworthy tests. The salesman kept pressing me almost everyday for my documents which I explained that my documents were locked in my desk at the office at that time as I was working on site, he even wanted my old payslips I had at home from 5 months back to submit with my application. After submitting my application I waited on their reply for 4 days despite being asked everyday about my documents. I followed up every second day and was told that the bank was the hold up. I wss even contacted by the financial manager that was following up on the process of application and if the salesman is still busy with the deal. Finally I was told when the vehicle came back from its roadworthy test that there was suddenly light on the dash and ABS pump had to be replaced and they were still waiting for the part that needs to be replaced. I only give them 2 stars for their honesty but I realized that the reason I had to 'wait' for the bank to approve the application was that when the vehicle was sent for roadworthy a week before my application was submitted they discovered that the vehicle was not in such a 'great' condition and I had to wait for them to replace a part on the vehicle.
I bought a radiator cap. The service was excellent and delivery super fast, got my cap in 2 days time. However I would have given 5 stars cause the radiator cap works really well and completely seals and keeps the pressure except that rubber seals are just a little bit too big cause the cap sticks and I struggle to get it off the coolant tank
I'm getting tired of these messages I keep on receiving about a TV license account in arrears of my grandmother that passed away more than a year ago. I don't know where they got my number from or who placed my number as a contact for this TV license account. I've called numerous times and spoke to a consultant who failed to send me an email to whom I can send the copy of the death certificate.
I am currently using my late mother's contract number she took in February 2016 because when she passed away in September 2016, my father submitted her death certificate and he had to continue making the payments until the contract expired end of February 2018. My father notified Vodacom in February that he would continue or upgrade the contract and he want to stop the contract after it expires, and he submitted my mother's death certificate again for the cancellation of the contract. February and March have passed and still deductions are made from my father for the contract. He has been on the phone everyday since Wednesday, 04 April to cancel the contract because Vodacom keeps on deducting the contract amount from him and every service consultant he speaks to just puts him through to the next and no one can help to stop the contract. It's funny how easily someone's contract is activated but a complete pain to stop the contract. This is extremely poor service that a simple instruction as to stop a cellphone contract can't be exercised.
Excellent service. Senior financial advisors are really helpful regarding service and with terms and conditions. See where they can save money.
I got a call from a woman named Portia from Afrizone which apparently teamed up with Vodacom with regards to airtime and data deals. She offered me a contract with a wifi router along with airtime and data on top of the airtime contract I already have where I told her that i do not have the need for the wifi router or another contract. And whilst I was talking to her she just put the fone down in my ear. That's just plain rude to put the fone down in someone's ear while they're talking.
Quick response and great service. Rachel Twala was very helpful explaining every aspect of insurance package to me.
