This service provider provides the worst service. I've had two instances where the driver will say they en-route then after a minute or two they would say the couldn't deliver due to customer unavailability yet I don't have a misses call or messages from them. This is the worst service eve
Why am I being charged for delivery fee when I asked for the order to be cancelled minutes after placing it??? This doesn't make sense at all. Who was this delivered to that I have to account for the fees???
I've been trying to follow up on an application and I've been taken from pillar to post. FNB employees are a problem.
I've had a very bad experience with Maledu from Digital Banking Support. I contacted FNB because my device was blocked so I needed to get it unblocked as it's my main phone so without FNB banking app on it, I stand a huge risk of any kind of *****. Maledu told me that the app has been soft locked so it's take 48 hours for it to automatically unblock. I ask her if there is any other way to unblock it but no response then she says I must please confirm if I still need any further assistance. Like how the **** when I just asked a question and you didn't respond to it??? I tell her that I asked a damn question which didn't answer then she says yes you'll have to wait for 48 hours. Like what's the yes for??? She is such an *********** agent!!!
Not getting any incontact notifications
I have received the worst service with back and forth. Please take Zanele, Shenay, Leah, Enrique and Nomfundo for training as all these people don't know the difference between sms notifications, OTP and incontact notifications. I've been taken from pillar to post just for asking that sms notifications be deactivated and I should only receive incontact notifications.
How the hell do you have something stock out and not have the website update??? I placed an order for milk at 10:34 and it accepted without any issues. I got an sms to say my order is ready for collection and when I get there the milk is not in my order. I asked the cashier and she said the milk was out of stock by 6am. So why was it still available on the website four and a half hours later??? I want no refund but the milk I ordered, thank you!
Pick n pay clothing is definitely trying me! I placed an order on the 23rd May 2023. Then they said they'd deliver on the 25th May 2023. To my surprise they didn't and just said they could deliver without a reason. They later said they couldn't deliver due to location/address so a consultant would call me. On the 26th May 2023 they said they'd deliver again but I honestly have a life so I'm not going to stop everything twice for some *********** company. They got to my gate and I wasn't home. The clever driver decided to give my parcel to a security guy I don't know and neither does he know me. I then told Pick n pay clothing that for hygiene and security purposes, I don't want that order anymore so I want my full refund. Today it's the 21st June 2023 and I still don't have my money back. Adrian Louw ignores my emails!
Thank you for the best service. Unfortunately the delivery part was the most terrible. My parcel was handed over to a security guy who doesn't even know me neither do I know him. Due to such I will not take the parcel from security as I didn't consent to such. I want my full refund back!
I placed an order on Pick n pay clothing website and my order was given to DPD/DAWN WING COURIERS. They sent an sms to say my parcel will be delivered on the 25th May 2023 but that didn't happen and I just got an sms to say they couldn't deliver with no valid reason. Next going I check on the website, it says they couldn't deliver because they couldn't locate the address so someone from customer care will call me. The 26th May 2023 I received another sms to say they will deliver on that day. Unfortunately I wasn't going to stop everything like the day before then they don't deliver. When the driver called, I told him I'm not available. The next thing I get an sms that my parcel has been delivered and signed for by security. Who the hell gave authority for such? For hygiene and security purposes, I will not accept that delivery. Your driver can go get it from that security he gave it to and return to Pick n pay as I want my money back!!!
