Excellent Service
Tuff Stuff Just joint but up to now excellent service and lower premie that my current insurer out there somewhere. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Pathetic service
Cancel and change order on the day of delivery without immediate notification. They just don't care, the customer just have to pay the price for their problem. Ordered product needed for touring but now will only get after being away a week. NO IMMEDIATE NOTIFICATION!

Misrepresentation
Please be careful. The so called "free delivery" is not necessary so - PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL!! The "FREE DELIVERY" - IN RED on their webpage is a false statement. To deliver a FREE DELIVERY from Centurion to Centurion costs R 216.00. Trying to discuss this with them, telephonically and email is futile. They just don't care and keep on sending the invoice to pay the delivery or you will not receive your product. What it looks like to me.

Professionalism, Quality
Bought Chip for 2020 2.8 Hilux Auto. The fuel consumption improved with 1.8L/100km. To me this was worth it through and through. The performance also improved much. Also friendly service.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC
ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!! It is a pity there are no minus(-) stars, that is what they deserve. Not that it matters to write this review as they do not even have the decency to reply. Waited seven days not even a call. Contacted another company who responded immediately and in half an hour the problem was solved.

ZERO SERVICE - DOES NOT CARE AT ALL.
To the CEO - service like this in SA is one of the reasons our country goes down the tubes. I can see on the internet that you make a lot of money so the the guy on the street, who by the way is the reason you have so much money, means absolutely nothing to you. All I can say is - WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND. I really hope that before this happens that you would start caring about the guy on the street.

Service Sucks
Deliveries not bad BUT their contact service is a total *****-up. There is NO proper way to contact them and if you get through via email it can be sen from the reply that the person replying did not even properly read the mail. for a company that make so much money from their customers, but does not have a proper way for their customers to contact them not even by telephone! Secondly, as can seen by all their review here, they dont even reply at all - pathetic.
