I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed with Simba Chips , I bought a packet of Smoked beef only to find that it’s just potatoes with no flavour at all not even salt. I wrote to them and explained what happened, the promised to send someone to fetch the sample. I waited for that someone while I was waiting boom I got an email from them stating that they have resolved the matter. I don’t know how they managed without a sample. I wrote an email to them but they never I feel as they are playing hide and seek with me.I demand an explanation and a compensation from them.

I’m soo irritated because of the poor service I keep on receiving from Fastway Pietermaritzburg KZN, they take forever to deliver, sometimes turn back with your parcel. Recently my parcel has been with them for a week now no delivery they just keep on rescheduling
I submitted a claim and doves didn’t provide me with any feedback whatsoever, up to this far I’m told the claim is with the committee just because I had called to follow up. They have not paid and I’m told they do not know how long it will take for the claims committee to complete whatever they are doing. I’m soo disappointed shame. I borrowed money from someone hoping they will pay then I give the person from whom I borrowed 😥😥💔💔
I have been waiting for my parcel from Monday but nothing till today, their tracking code is telling me that my parcel is in the Eastern Cape bay and their consultant is telling me something else . On my last attempt to I was told that my parcel was gonna be delivered today still nothing I’m super ****dd off.
I’m experiencing an awful experience with SAunderwriters. They didacted my account twice which was not communicated with me and I want my money back.

Liquid capital has betrayed me😡😡. I took out a service plan with them, they sent me my policy documents with correct vehicle details. Now when it’s time for me to claim their system is showing something different from my policy documents. I want an urgent solution to this.
We booked at Rockafellas for Thursday the 19th of September . We went there as a group of 8 females. When we got there, we were allocated a table in the third row which is quite a number of steps down for a sickly person. We requested that they try and allocate an upper table, I explained my reasons for such request, the waitress took us to the operations manager who did not even ask what the problem was. She just instructed the cashier to give my money back , which the cashier did. I left my friends inside and went to the car to wait for them well I guess they negotiated until they got a table in the main dining area.my friends called me back when I got back the staff including the operations manager were gossiping behind my back which I noticed and decided to ignore them. She ( operations manager ) never apologized nor said anything to me the whole situation dd not sit well with me and I paid and ate nothing because of the treatment.
