I recently had my car repaired at A1 Panel Shop in Montague Gardens, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I dropped off my car, the staff were warm, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the process to me, which immediately gave me peace of mind. The turnaround time was incredible – I received a call just three days later to let me know my car would be ready on day four. When I collected it, the workmanship was immaculate, and my vehicle looked as good as new. Thank you to the entire A1 Panel Shop team for their friendliness, efficiency, and excellent service. You turned what could have been a stressful experience into such a smooth and positive one. Highly recommended!

Complaint against : Tygerberg Pools & Pools4Us I'd like to make a formal complaint against company: Tygerberg Pools & Pools4us and their staff members : Sureena Arendse, Marie, Jan and Ernest for not having a simple pool repair job completed on a brand newly installed pool since 26 Jan 2022. Details: I had a new pool installed which my installer ordered from his supplier Tybergpools & Pools4us and within 2 days after the installation, 2 cracks developed on the steps. I contacted the installer and he advised me to contact his supplier of the pool which is “Tygerberg Pools / Pools4us” to arrange for a repair with his supplier. My installer quickly got a representative from Tybergberg pools who happened to be in the area at the time named “Jan”, from the company to quickly come out for an assessment and according to Jan, the repair could be done quite quickly and easily underwater so all I needed to do was to set up an appointment with the office which I did straight away on the 26 Jan 2022. Unfortunately ever since that day, after making multiple attempts (since 26th January 2022) to set up an appointment with the company since the pool was installed and until today, 31st May 2022, I've received NO response to set up an appointment to have the pool repaired, none. When I do get any form of email feedback, they (Sureena) keep saying that they're full and will get back to me when they can and that the repair guy Ernst will get to me when he can. He never did. This was the ongoing response for months now. I've been more than patient accepting excuses over the months but it's time this issue gets reported and hopefully resolved and thats why I’m resorting to reviewing the company as this type of approach of ghosting clients for repairs is unprofessional and unacceptable and shouldn't be tolerated in today's working climate. All that is required is a simple repair (apparently it won't take longer 15 min) on two cracks in a newly installed pool which shouldn't take over 5 months to complete. Very very disappointed in the services of this company.

I’d like to give a huge compliment to John’s company “Extreme Pools” and his team for an exceptional job on installing a new fibreglass pool at our home. After having a poor experience with another pool company who gave me the run around with quotes, inaccurate prices and shapes of wrong depths, finding John from Extreme Pools was a refreshing change. After calling a few of the references John had freely given us and speaking to his previous clients, I knew I had found the right company. John was prompt to respond to my emails requests and kept things simple for me to understand and understood the requirements of our family. He was open and straightforward with what was actually required which would be more cost-effective wherever possible and explained the reasons behind the rationale of the system which really made a difference. His team work exceptionally fast and they’re polite, friendly and professional. The entire process took 5 days as we had soft sand and John really went the extra mile to help our family with a few things we added and changed during the process.
