Bad Sky
Ordered my vehicle license disk on 15 August and was dispatched. Till today, not delivered. When enquiring, I was informed that it was delivered to me and that I signed for it. Numerous phone calls and emails sent. They do not answer or return calls, also not my emails. My License expires in 10 days and stil no feedback.

Beast of a feast
Awesomeness. What a great experience! Chef Coleman, visiting your table to make sure all is fine. Welcome, welcoming you and doing that extra bit ie birthday celebration! Mpumelelo, long serving waiter, ensuring that all is well and that your plate is full. Soneth, waiter with a golden voice, leading the song and dance in congratulating patrons celebrating special occasions. The list goes on, the effort these guys and girls go to, to keep everyone happy is commendable! Thank you for a memorable birthday!

The Hotel in the bush!
Awesome experience! Our room was exquisite, the service from all the staff was excellent. We spent the weekend and enjoyed every minute, did not have time for the extra activities like quadbiking etc but will visit again and get to that! We have visited Misty, the Spa and Carnivore numerous times, never to be disappointed! Thanks to all involved in making our stay and my birthday a memorable one! Salutations!

Cornerstone Boutique Hotel
Nice building in rural area. Situated on side of local town. Newly built with well kept rooms. Staff are friendly. The only issue is the access to the site. The gate and perimeter fence are electrified but there is no intercom or bell system at the gate. When returning from function in the evening, you had to wait outside the gate and blow your horn or try to phone the desk to get the gate open.

Rural online Shopping
We live in a rural town and do not have access to all retail stores like someone in the big cities. We have to order online very frequently. it gets difficult when you have to get something that the doctor ordered and then have to go on an online shopping adventure not to find that exact item you are looking for. We were surprised by the dedication from the lady (Reece) at Wellness Warehouse who went out of her way to correspond with us and trace the specific item we needed. What a pleasure, thank you very much Reece!

Don't, just dont!
Placed order over 2 months ago. When you send a query you get a response "we have received your payment" when you call the 011 number, you are number 4 in the queue, when you reach number 1 the call is dropped, when you dial in again you start at number 4 again and the whole sequence starts all over again. Till today, I have not received feedback nor tracking number, shipping date or ETA.

Hotel in the bush
Misty hills country hotel, what an awesome experience! Helpful and friendly staff. Clean facilities. You can't help but to switch off and relax. If you are looking for something else than the normal hotel experience then this is the place to go.

Telkom LTE
Telkom LTE - I have a contract that was upgraded last year Nov from 80 Gig to 120 Gig. The 80 Gig was sufficient and the upgrade to 120 Gig obviously sounded like a good idea. I moved and had to start streaming my TV so increased usage was expected. Never thought TV will have such a huge impact. I had to purchase additional data during November and December to get through the month. I bought unlimited bundles, first for 30 days and then for 7 days. What upset me is the fact that when my normal data per contract was uploaded, the usage was immediately deducted from my contract data whilst there still was balances left over on the unlimited "cash" bundles I bought. I have logged call backs from Telkom but to date have not received a call back. Someone phoned me once, asked for my ID and dropped the call, never to phone back again. I feel that if i bought an package because i am out of bundle then the usage must ne taken off that bundle saving my contract value for the rest of the month. Still waiting for call back......Fibre here we come ....

Delivery with a smile!
Exceptional. I have had experiences with many courier companies across the country and i must simply state that every interaction with The Courier Guy has been a absolute pleasure. The Lephalale office assisted me a few times now and i can vouch for their professional service, speedy delivery and cost effectiveness. I really was surprised at their low fees for deliveries and the items being delivered when and as promises. Thank you very much and keep up the good work. Even receiving a parcel via their service is a good experience with their drivers being professional and friendly!
