I am really fed up with Telkom. Fraudulent account was opened at Telkom on the 8th of December under my name and IPhone 11 and laptop was taken. to my surprize my I.D no is listed under South African Fraud Prevention Service and I was assured that no one will open accounts under my name but Telkom approved the account. I have logged a call with Telkom on the 22 December and every time when I call to check how far is my case I get told that my case was not escalated. My case no is 55913546. I have moved to nedbank in November but I think I have a worst mistake ever. The sms notification is not working. I have called nedbank and I was told it was not activated but it is activated. I have used my card after I was promised that it was activated and didn’t send notification again. My second bad experience after I opened the account I have asked for app so make my will and I was told to come to Balfour park last week Tuesday to come meet the guy by the name of Thabang. When I arrived at Balfour Thabang was not there and the according to his pa there was no app made nor scheduled for that day. After waiting for an hour as the receptionist promised to call Thabang the receptionist put me on the phone with his pa in pan mall and the guy took my details and promised me to that he will ask Thabang to call me and make an appointment. To date I haven’t received any call. What a bad experience. I regret the day I decided to move to nedbank.
I booked two days stay at Bolivia lodge Polokwane. 25 and 26 September 2020. 1st night was a disaster. We didn’t sleep the whole night. The was noise on the bed was son was sleeping on. Only to find out it was rats as there was rats poo on the bed and the floor. We were at unit 28. We reported in the morning and we were moved to another unit. The worst part of it we didn’t receive call of apology. Bad experience at Bolivia
I have cancelled my contract on Thursday the 23rd and my number was moved from contract to pre paid. Since Thursday I cant receive calls. I have been calling the customer care every day and get empty promises. Surely the staff at mtn doesn't know what they are doing. the consultant keep on saying the number is still under elula which is the new system and the system doesn't allow them to access information. I am really ****ed off as I am using this phone for work and I am not getting any help. My number is 834273731 Annoyed
on the 14th of September I received sms notification from my bank with two debit orders from Vodacom. I immediately called the bank and the bank notified me that those debit orders were from Vodacom. To my surprise I called Vodacom to ask what is happening because I didn't have any account with Vodacom. I was told that there is two account opened on the 10th Sep 2017 with cell no ********** 825 and ********** 435 and the consultant didn't have all the information. I was asked to do affidavit and make a copy of my ID and send it to ********** and all that was done on the 18th Sep. I am very disappointed as angry with Vodacom as they have debited my account again yesterday. I am still waiting for someone to come back to me and let me know what is happening. I cant keep on reversing the debit orders as I get charged for that. My case no with Vodacom is 1- ********** ********** . Someone need to do something about as my name need to be cleared.
