Thank you for accommodating us this past Saturday, my moms 60th Birthday celebration was such a success. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Natasha the restaurant manager who went out of her way to accommodate us with our special requests. We will definetly be returning. Great food, awesome prices and the most amazing service!!!!
I went to Jetline yesterday and the service I received from one of their service consultants Lerato was superb. She was very helpful and patient. I'm also so happy with the prints I received, excellent workmanship. Thanks Lerato, il be back ;-)
Where is my online order that I ordered & paid for in Dec 2021 already? Some of the items were delivered but there are still 2 outstanding items which I have brought to your attention several times & several times I have been promised it will be delivered, up until now still not received. I'm getting sick & tired of this ridiculous service. You guys suck honestly!!! 😡

Every day this week I have being trying to get feedback on our new order which we ordered a month agao. When I call the help desk all they can tell me is that its been assigned to Openserve & nothing more, when I connect with them via their whatsapp live chat I am promised that a brand manager and service manager will be contacting me for further assistance and this never happens. I log tickets and then all of a sudden I get an email to say the ticket has been closed because its resolved, which is not the case because no one has returned any of my calls or tried to assist. The service is absolutely absurd especially for the amount of business we do with Web Africa. I need some assistance right now!
I'm on a plan with fedhealth that allows you too have unlimited GP visits to a nominated doctor yet my claims are being rejected when i go to the GP, twice in a row.
