My 84 year old disabled mother was refused a 3 months bank statement by Nedbank Mthatha Plaza
I'm not sure who owns the Lister Building where Dr Maphisa and Partners are located in Johannesburg. This is the 2nd time I'm taking 84 year old granny to see a doctor. I parked at the ba*****t, but the lifts are not working. Imagine having to climb the stairs 2 floors up, with an 84 year old. This is the 2nd time it is happening, but I get charged for parking. I would not have used the paid parking if it was not for the old lady
I requested a quotation by email for fencing material from Cashbuild Mthatha East, and there was no response at all. I sent a complaint to Cashbuild national, and still no one bothers to respond.
In May I bought a cellphone on contract from MTN Carnival Mall. I signed and agreed to pay R349 per month. Every month I'm being charged more than the R349. In June I was charged R28 more, in July R20 more, and August R188 more. I called MTN call centre, and they told me about itemized billing. I never agreed on any itemized billing in my contract. My question is, how can i be charged more than my monthly premium that we agreed on, while the data and minutes that MTN gives me is the same every month? What an exploitation.
The so called technical glitch where the Capitec Bank app didn't show the correct available balance on the 25th really costed me. I had to login to online banking to transfer money to my wife. I made a mistake of transferring to an old FNB account. Now I'm asking Capitec Bank to help me reverse the payment, and they charging for it. To make matters worse,they say it will take 7 to 14 working days to get the money back. In the meantime,how does my family survive, how do I pay monthly bills like groceries and school fees. Just because of some stupid technical glitch that is the bank's fault, not mine.

I did not check my food until I got home, and that is when I got my surprise. I ordered a regular meal, but they gave me a hot one. There were no chips at all. I already posted this complaint on Chicken Licken's website and they never bothered to respond.

I sent an email and requested a quotation from Cashbuild Umtata East on the 27 September 2021, and until today nobody has bothered to respond to my email.
I have been complaining about FNB housing Finance deducting R110 from my cheque account for a while now, but none of those complaints have been resolved. I have been given reference numbers for my queries, and received calls asking me to explain what I have already explained, but until today my queries have not been resolved. Right now I have reference numbers 3684073NF and 3665483NF, and I guess I'm gonna get get another reference number for this query as well. COULD FNB HOUSING FINANCE PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THEY ARE DEBITING MY ACCOUNT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WE AGREED FOR AND STOP GIVING ME REFERENCE NUMBERS. Is your staff so incompetent that they cannot even explain what they themselves did to my account?
I have been receiving R110 debits on my account, and I do not know the reason for that. I lodged a complaint on Monday this week, but no one seems to be willing to explain to me the reason for those debits. How safe is my money in FNB?
