Bad customer service from the online staff😡 I was warned about their bad customer service but i didn't listen! I'm in Joburg, 1st senario : I ordered and paid for my order online, wrong order was delivered🫣 was expecting it anyway, sent them numerous whatsapp messages, egcineni I was told I have to pay the courier to send back the parcel with my money, eventually the correct order was delivered after complaining everyday. 2nd senario : because I don't listen, i ordered again on their online and unfortunately it was taking too long to send my parcel after checking with them, i was told one of the dresses i wanted was sold out and I had to choose another dress, so i sent a whatsapp message with the picture of the dress and the SIZE. Mind you the make of the dress was not the same as the replacement hence i was specific with the size. Fast forward the parcel was delivered BUT the replacement dress was damaged ( i sent them the pic of the damaged dress)and the SIZE WAS WRONG. I then contacted the via whatsapp because there's no land line number where you can call them🤷♀️ No apology at all, all i was told was to send it back with my money again, i told them i have no intentions of buying from them ever again therefore whoever packed the wrong size must fix this and i was told unfortunately that is not possible if i want to send the damaged dress back, i must send it back using my money and STILL NO APOLOGY, i kept on reaching out, still no apology until some1 called mt trying to explain the same thing and still i told them the same thing that I need the dress i order and paid for and unfortunately im unable to pay for the courier as i will not be buying from their online anymore. The lady by thr nae of Nomasuthu or something said she'll ask the manager to call me, this was about 3weeks ago, till today no1 has called me. PHATGALZ DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT OUR MONEY....SO up to today, im still stuck with that damaged dress and my money is gone just like that...THEY DON'T CARE! I STILL WANT MY MONEY And even if it takes months for me to go to Durban, they better be ready with my money!! ****** ****MERS!!😡😡
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM.....!! I HAD BEEN WITH THEM FOR SOME TIME AND ALL WAS GOOD UNTIL RECENTLY, I HAVEN'T BEEN DOING A CASHOUT ON MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I WAS THINKING, LET ME RATHER WAIT TILL THEY ARE ABOUT R200 OR MORE. KEPT ON ANSWERING THEIR SURVEYS AND MY POINTS WERE PILLING UP AND I HAD MORE THAN R200 ON MY ACCOUNT AND I SAID TO MYSELF LET ME CASH IT OUT AND START OVER, TO MY SURPRISE MY ACCOUNT WAS SITTING ON ZERO R0.00, I TRIED CALLING THEM AND THAT NUMBER IS ALWAYS RINGING WITH NO ANSWER, TRIED SENDING AN EMAIL, NO ONE BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS BUT THEY KEEP N SENDING THOSE SURVEYS WHICH NOW I REFUSE TO ANSWER BECAUSE WE ARE JUST BEING TAKEN FOR A RIDE.....SO YOU ANSWER AND YOUR POINTS JUST DISAPPEAR AND NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED......THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Placed an order with them last week the 17th Jan'19, and guess what no communication from them. this order is worth more than R10 thousand rands. had to call them to find out what was happening and still no help. This is really bad customer service and they being very unprofessional. Online support contact is no use when it comes to communication and assisting customers. My advice if you need to order something online, don't bother placing your order with Makro especially woodmead because you are gonna wait forever for your order and no one will communicate. This order is worth more than R10 thousand rands in value and still they don't care about their customers no matter how much you spend...we having a function tomorrow in the office and we don't have drinks...not sure whether to go buy with my money from pick n pay or cancel the function because Makro couldn't deliver, if they communicated with us in time to say they don't have stock or something, we were gonna make another plan, but since customers service is not they strong point they couldn't care less...
Refund - I placed an order beginning of October which was delivered on the 12th October, returned the items on the 15th October, a guy from Fedex collected. Up to this day I have not received my refund, I have to call everyday to find out what is happening and they try to put a blame on me saying why did I give the guy frm Fedex my parcel because they use their guys from Takealot. I managed to get the name of the guy from Fedex which I called again and gave them the name thinking that will help to solve the matter but noooo that didn't help at all. So now this is November and I called them again today the 6th November and they cut me off while I was still talking. so which means this is it...I won't get my refund. It was much better when it was Spree because they knew what they were doing, the customer service was far much better than the one we getting now. So we buy from there but when we not happy with items and we send them back..them walaaa you won't get your refund, you lucky if you chose store credit, maybe you might get it back...so disgusted with the BAD SERVICE and not wanting to give people their refunds!! CROOKS WITH BAD BAD BAD SERVICE !!!
Very bad customer service....Affirnity health...they are sooo useless. I sent through a termination letter to cancel my membership end of March, so I was told I was still covered till the end of April. My debit order for end of March went off as usual. So I had to take my daughter to the doctor on the last day of April as I was told I was still covered till the last day of April... Only this day, the 6th June 2018, I'm getting a statement that says I need to pay the doctor direct as Affirnity won't be paying it, their reason being>"treatment done after termination date". I was told I'm covered till end of April and boom....the last day of April was the 30th and now the consultant tells me I was covered till the 29th April of which no1 said anything about the 29th when I sent through that termination letter. Worse of all, she cut the phone as I was busy talking to her and NEVER called back, but when we started our conversation she did ask me to confirm my cell number. This was a very bad experience I got there, not sure whether this is how they treat their members who have terminated their membership....I THOUGHT I WAS GONNA JOIN THEM AGAIN BUT DEFINATELY NOT AFTER THIS!!
