We have relocated to the Netherlands and my contract ends on the 16th of January 2022. I wish to cancel my contract and Vodacom is unreachable on all numbers. 082 111, 082 135, 082 1958... I have been told that I need to give 30days notice and call into cancellations. Absolutely none of the numbers work for cancellations... I must add that this is most unprofessional as all these numbers are clearly stated on your website. Can Vodacom please arrange for an assistant to contact me urgently with regards to this cancellation as I would not like to renew my contract. My phone number is stated and is located in the Netherlands please add the area code +31 prior to dialing. Please do give me a call so that we may find a resolution together and finally place in a cancellation request for my soon to be expired contract.
Dear FNB, Many issues unresolved so let us begin with all the open points : Complaint ref:4227980NF / Private Account I have relocated to the Netherlands since March 2021 and opened a private gold cheque account. The card delivery address was stated as my parents address in Alberton South Africa yet FNB delivered the card to my address in the Netherlands. A nice gesture yes, but... The card is not active, without activation I have no access to internet banking nor can I set up my internet banking so it's basically useless. Nobody can assist me with getting the card active nor can anyone help me with setup of internet banking.... Please take note that we have spent hours on the phone with different departments within FNB and nobody can provide me with assistance regarding this. So please make an attempt to resolve this matter for me with urgency. I need my bank account, internet banking and card to be active. Ownership of my Business Account : 3 weeks ago, after explaining to FNB that my partner has left the business, providing a signed legal document stating this as well as being promised that a transfer of ownership document will be sent to me, I am still waiting. Please bear this in mind FNB - A call from the Netherlands is roughly 1€ every 2 minutes. I have spent roughly 4hrs on phonecalls that have been rendered useless and none of your staff seems to be in a position to assist. How does it make sense to post me a bank card to the Netherlands if it cannot be used and is not been activated? Be considerate and understand the frustration we feel. My husband had an MTN phone number on a contract which was about to end. He notified MTN of his intention to not renew his contract but retain the number for use on a prepaid basis. The last amount that was taken of his account was double the value and after the contract was supposed to have ended, bear in mind that MTN had been notified timeously. A consultant then attempted to rectify the matter with my husband and was told he will be notified once the matter was resolved with accounts as she too saw the inconsistencies with the debit order but alas MTN seems to have blocked his number. How do you guys intend on rectifying this situation if you have blocked his number? Please can MTN send an email as he does not currently have a functional number. Due to your ignorant and incompetent staff we are unable to clear the matter up with accounts nor do we have a point of contact via telephone. Instead of blocking numbers, why not work hard to resolve matters and not leave it to incompetent people to resolve matters beyond their capabilities. I would appreciate it if someone please contact him rather on my Vodacom number. Very disappointing service guys... please rectify this asap.

Contract expires [#3239478] URGENT I gave MTN in November my notice for cancellation and not to renew my mtn contracts which expired on the 3rd of December. My number is now suspended and i am using my number still for my businesses. MTN also billed me after my notices.... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND HIGHLY INCOMPETENT. Close Account [ ref:_00D1r1GluM._5005J8wIwO:ref ] We are immigrating and gave notice to Absa on the 6th of December 2020 to close my son's bank account as its is an account which you need to give 32 days notice, else pay penalties. We went into the Absa Secunda branch on the 6th of January 2021 just to find out that Absa did not active the 32 day notice request.... It is now 2 days after visiting the Branch and Absa has not resolved this matter.

I keep calling to cancel a funeral policy with direct axis. I have been unsuccessful in getting someone to cancel this policy. The phone rings and rings and nobody bothers to pick up the phone. Please can someone dealing with cancelations please call me back as I am immigrating and would prefer to cancel this policy with notice instead of just closing my account. Thanking you in advance..
