Just one week with it and it too slow, won't connected to Wi-fi from there it keeps restarting . I just can take it anymore returning it.
I've been asking for help since Friday with mobile data and minutes as payment was made. all they do is call and hang up or chat in the back round.
I have called, written e-mail and went to their office to get clearity on the pricing as they have billed me 3 time more than we agreed on but they failed to give me an answereven yesterday the consultant in their branch (bloemfontein) called their had office and they did not solve the problem, I humbly request that they terminate their contract but they refuse,
From 20 December 2023 i've been requesting a refund from DSTV as they deducted 1100 from my account and i made payment of R559 for my decorded like i usually do every month, now they a refusing to refund me and play a delay tactic not to refund me and take that money in january. i've made so many call and e-mail and nothing, the worst part is i asked them to cancel the debit order and the said they will only to find out they were going to decuct the R1100 angain in january as the debit was not cancelled. and up till today no one is contacting me to tell me what is going on. I am done with DSTV.
Phoned their CS and experienced horrible service. All their consultant are either not answering call or just hung up on you,Was holding the line for 15min while being transferred. I am extremely unhappy about my experience.
I have been struggling to finish the registration on the App and tried several time to contact the call centre but no help as no-one is answering the calls. can anyone help.
