I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance Julian David. Thank you to the absolute star of an agent that cleared up another agent's mishap, and made quick work of it to assist me. I appreciate your effort.
I wish there were an option for a minus star rating. What an actual circus. Your online customer care department is a joke. As a customer you have to check every item to make sure the correct pricing was applies, because guess what unlike what it says online you get charge the non-special pricing. When you call customer care they give you a BS story about how not all pricing applies on online orders BUT their system is designed to grey our and mark items that are not included as in-store only. Oh! Don't get me started on the week long battle to find out when my actual LARGE order was being delivered because it isn't 2 - 5 days. 4 Days of calls to the National Online Call Center and each one of the representatives are as clueless as the next. That's if they don't just hand up on you or never follow up. I just got a call from their call center to ask me if I ever received my order... it is 10 DAYS later and online it still says "In Progress" What an actual effing joke. Save yourself the time, money and energy and go the Takealot route if you want to place an online order, at least you'll get it delivered and have proper online support. If you can save the time, rather try in-store (In CPT the Montague Gardens branch is fantastic).
I would like to just thank Kelly Van Der Haar at Oneplan for her exceptional customer care. While the claims process can sometimes be more than just a little tricky and frustrating especially when you are dealing with stress and illness. Kelly was patient (a lot more than I was), reliable and followed through on her word to get all my issues sorted. I sincerely hope Oneplan can acknowledge such a great employee and her determination to provide exceptional care to Oneplan clients.
I've been using Pet Heaven consistently for a while now. Just such great service and great pricing. I see that there are quite a few negative reviews with regards to Customer Care and while it might take a bit of effort to follow up on 1 or 2 matters once in a bluemoon. Their team is always willing to assist and to help. They always get issues sorted as fast as humanely possible. And the shipping... wow! I am always surprised by how effortless my pet food and delivery is. Thank you Pet Heaven.

Staying true to the incompetent nature of Telkom. Everything has to be a struggle. You have no problem invoicing customers for months of NOT using your service because TELKOM EMPLOYEES failed to do the thing they get paid to do. It's ridiculous. A line cancellation was placed on 27 July and never sorted by Telkom. Of course I got charged for the months that the line was active because Telkom didn't process the cancellation and ironically couldn't communicate any issues. After FINALLY getting the line cancelled which took another 2 - 3 calls. I logging a billing dispute, I was told to call back in 7 days by Xolani - which I did. The matter was escalated. I was then told it takes 7 - 14 days and I contacted you on 29 October. I was told the matter had been escalated AGAIN and that on Friday, 2 November I would receive an SMS from Telkom confirming that the dispute had been resolved as it was an error on their side. I didn't receive the SMS, I contacted customer care AGAIN and spoke to Xolani who was only capable of escalating the matter until I told him to get someone that could help me. I had to hold for Sive, the supervisor, that told me that the matter had been resolved but that no communication had been sent to them and that the person who was supposed to contact me (or whatever the hell excuse she used) didn't do their job and that they would need to be reported to their Supervisor. Again incapable of assisting me by getting this dispute sorted. I insisted that it be sorted by the end of the working day and well here we are, Saturday. No SMS, no call, the same unprofessional and incompetent service I have had to deal with for the past few months. Well done Telkom, your hellish reputation and poor service exceeds all expectation.
Good service is not commended often enough. Thank you to Duane at Battery Express (Table View) that got our car battery issue sorted in next to no time. The fast, professional and friendly service is truly appreciated.
I've been using the Absolute Pets Online site a while now and I am always impressed with their variety of products along with the fast shipping. I also have to thank Mari Meyer for her speedy customer care responses. She is always there to assist and is extremely helpful. I also have nothing but good things to say about the staff at Absoluet Pets Parklands, Table Bay Mall and Table View. Each of the staff members are passionate about what they are doing and go above and beyond to assist customers. They are always friendly and knowledgeable and try to sell you the right product instead of the most expensive product. Thanks guys! You have made Absolute Pets an extremely reliable brand and a pleasant shopping experience.
Great service doesn't often get the recognition it deserves so I would like to thank the ePetStore team for their amazing customer support, fast shipping and the adorable personal touch they added to my order. I am so impressed and would love to place anyone who has doubts this company at ease. They stock an incredible variety of products and the pricing is more than reasonable. Thank you guys! Just a small note, perhaps try and add some functionality to your site so customers can track their orders. It truly is the only criticism I have.
