Poor service from a supposedly good company
Very slow to respond to queries. Did not stick to agreed times. Damaged goods with zero response from my reporting it. They just don't care.

Strange service
Booked a locker but when I entered the pin to deposit my parcel the display lit up a door that did not exist and no door opened. No one seems to interested in this problem

Poor service
This is totally ridiculous and very upsetting. I paid for an order and immediately realize that my home address was not used but it defaulted to my daughter's address. Spent 5 minutes trying to change the address and eventually phone the helpline who told me it was not possible to change my address. How is this possible in a modern intelligent setup? So now I'm going to have to send it all the way back and it's going to cost yourself more money instead of just changing the address which hasn't even been processed yet.

Poor Emergency response
I don't think that Naked understands the word "emergency". Called them today when my car engine just stopped suddenly on a busy three-lane road with no shoulder. They asked if I felt safe and I said I didn't as I am a wheelchair user and could not get out the car there. They said they would send out some security immediately and said that I will get a call from them shortly and they would also send out a recovery vehicle. To cut a long story short, the recovery vehicle arrived approximately 1 hour after my initial call. Only then did I get a call from the security company asking if I still needed their assistance and when I asked where they were they said they were in Roslyn which is almost an hour's drive away.

Poor Emergency response
I am not sure that Naked understand the word "Emergency". My car died on me on a major route off the highway where there is no shoulder. Phoned Naked who asked if I felt safe. I rep**** No, I'm scared of being hit. I'm a wheelchair user and could not get out there. Naked said they will dispatch someone immediately (who wold call me) to help me feel safe and said they will send a recovery truck. After half an hour with no call from any security person, I called Naked who assured me someone was on their way. Half an hour later the recovery truck arrives and starts to load my car. I then get a call from Mvula security asking if I still need them. . I rep**** No, I ask where they are and they reply in Rosslyn - almost an hours drive away.

Do business with this company at your own peril. They have no idea about customer service . You have to fight to get your money back.

Beware of this solar company
The solar installation was appalling. Suspect second hand batteries installed then exchanged for more suspect secondhand batteries (eventually settled for new battery but half the power). Solar panels have not worked properly since day 1. Panels not earthed, insulation tape used in three places. Main DB earth leakage disconnected and false COC issued. Never mind the 5 year warranty, they have not fixed the solar for nearly 4 weeks. A lot of payment demanded up front. Please be warned. Put up pictures of my home on Facebook without permission. When adding my comment about my installation, accused me of ruining his business. You ruin a business by giving very poor service.

Brilliant service
Brilliant is how I would describe the service given to me by Naked Insurance following a nasty accident which totally wrote off my vehicle.
